काम गर्ने उचित वातावरण छैन । राजनीतिक अस्थिरता र दबाव त्यस्तै छ । समग्रमा स्वास्थ्य सेवा ध्यस्त बनिरहेको छ । सरकारी अस्पतालमा अझै पनि विभिन्न पद रिक्त छन् भने यता चिकित्सक बेरोजगार छन् । यसको मार नेपाली जनताले भोग्नु परेको छ । सीमित जनशक्तिको कारण सरकारी अस्पतालमा स्वास्थ्य सेवाको स्तर घट्दै गएको छ ।

The violence against doctors has become a piece of weekly news in the national media. Having said that, the government is still dumb and not able to hear the pain of the doctors who are brutally beaten up while performing their duties sincerely.
Nepal Medical Association is the oldest body in the nation and is the only body to link the doctors and the parliament. NEDOL has invited a panel from Nepal Medical Association today in briefing the last incident as well as to elaborate on the progress the organization has gone through in the course of implementing the laws of punishing the culprit. What are the loopholes and why is the country not able to address the tears of 32000 doctors across the Nation.
