A Successful New Member Orientation Program! 🌟
Rotary Club of Birtamode Midtown successfully conducted its New Member Orientation Program on Sunday, 16th August 2026, at Siddhartha Hotel.
The session provided valuable insights into Rotary’s vision, values, fellowship, and service opportunities, helping our new members better understand their role in creating lasting impact in the community.
A heartfelt thank you to our trainers Rtn. Sujan Pradhan and Rtn. Shuva Kumai Pathak for their inspiring and informative sessions. We also extend our gratitude to all members and participants whose enthusiasm made the program a great success.
Together, we continue to learn, grow, and serve above self. 💙💛

A successful and impactful CPR Training Program concluded yesterday, equipping participants with essential lifesaving skills and knowledge.
Heartfelt thanks to Nepal Heart Foundation Jhapa, B&C Medical College, Rotary Club of Birtamode Midtown, Rotary Club of Surunga, Rotaract Clubs, and Birtamod Run Club for making this initiative a success.
Together, we have taken a step towards building a safer and more prepared community. ❤️

He shares his inspiring Rotary journey, the values that drive him, and his vision for strengthening membership. May his words inspire more leaders to join Rotary and help us Create Lasting Impact together.

👉 What was your first impression of Rotary and how has it changed over time?
✍️As am from Rotaract background, For me my first impression would be would to deal with all adults in rotary as the gap between Rotarians and rotaracters is huge, but by passing time now its more of like partners driving the same car to achieve same goals.

👉What can clubs do better to attract and retain members?
✍️Apart from being strick and following rules club can talk to members personally and understand their problem and help the member to sustain. Club could have fellowship program and in house speaker in meeting to gain member interest.

👉How can we ensure that every member feels welcomed, valued, and involved?
✍️Hearing out member, providing ever member equal opportunity and space,Gives member homly feeling so they could care for club too..once a member feel as home his/her involvement increases.

👉How can Rotary remain relevant and attractive to younger generations?
✍️When rotary feels rotaract & interact as same family, conduct joint meeting, have joint program, support their activities, hear their problem and solve them timely. Younger generation feels good and they are always attached.

A new chapter begins..Successfully celebrated the 13th Installation Ceremony of Rotary Club of Birtamode Midtown and the 12th Installation Ceremony of Rotaract Club of Birtamode Midtown. Congratulations to President Hom Bahadur Karki and Secretary Komal Dhanuka as they take on their new leadership roles. Grateful for the fellowship, inspired by the vision, and excited for a year filled with service and impact. 💙⚙️
