उपरोक्त विषयमा, नेपाल स्काउट राष्ट्रिय प्रधान कार्यालयबाट प्राप्त निर्देशानुसार, यस बागमती प्रदेश स्काउट कार्यालयबाट आर्थिक वर्ष ८२/८३ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन तयार गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले, सो प्रतिवेदनमा समावेश गर्न आवश्यक विवरणहरू (फोटो तथा कार्यक्रम विवरण) उपलब्ध गराउन यो पत्र पठाइएको जानकारी गराउदछु।

On 22nd Baishakh 2083 (May 5, 2026), the Provincial Launching Event & Orientation of Bagmati Province was successfully held under the coordination of the Nepal Scouts National Headquarters and managed by the Provincial Scouts Office, Bagmati Province, led by Mr. Saurav Adhikari.
The program was conducted under the Finland–Nepal Partnership Project as part of the Scouts, Peace and Security (SPS) Project, inspired by United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security.

Since November 2023, Bagmati Province has successfully conducted 11 Discussion Events across 8 districts, engaging around 600 youth and stakeholders. These discussions focused on key contemporary issues including:
🌱 Climate Change and Environmental Challenges
⚖️ Gender-Based Violence Prevention
♿ Social Inclusion & Disability Rights
🧠 Mental Health and Wellbeing
⚜️ Strengthening Institutional Scouting

During the event, the comprehensive provincial report—reflecting youth voices, lived experiences, and practical recommendations—was officially handed over to key stakeholders including the Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, security agencies, concerned authorities, and media representatives.

🎤 The program was jointly introduced by Mr. Saurav Adhikari (Province) and Ms. Pratika Silwal (National Headquarters).
📊 The facilitated by Ms. Pratika Silwal, Ms. Kriti Bhattarai & Ms. Sonu Bhandari highlighting major findings such as:

* Rising environmental concerns like pollution, waste management, and climate-related health risks
* The need for stronger action against gender-based violence and social discrimination
* Increasing awareness of mental health challenges among youth
* The importance of meaningful youth participation in decision-making

🤝 The program was supported by NHQ staff Ms. Sonu Bhandari, ensuring smooth coordination and successful ex*****on.

💡 One of the key highlights of the event was the active participation of youth, leading to important declarations and commitments aimed at addressing identified issues and implementing practical solutions at local and provincial levels.
