Male Royal Bengal Tiger:
Height: Around 3 to 3.3 feet (0.9 to 1 meter) at the shoulder.
Length: Between 9 to 10 feet (2.7 to 3 meters), including the tail.
Weight: Typically between 400 to 570 pounds (180 to 260 kg).
Food Consumption: A male tiger can consume up to 15-20 kg (33-44 lbs) of meat in a single meal. Tigers typically eat large ungulates like deer, wild boar, and sometimes buffalo.
Color: The male Royal Bengal tiger has a golden-yellow coat with darker black stripes. The intensity of the stripes can vary.
Female Royal Bengal Tiger:
Height: Slightly shorter than the male, around 2.5 to 3 feet (0.75 to 0.9 meters) at the shoulder.
Length: Around 7.5 to 8.5 feet (2.3 to 2.6 meters), including the tail.
Weight: Usually between 220 to 350 pounds (100 to 160 kg).
Food Consumption: A female typically consumes less than a male, averaging about 8-12 kg (18-26 lbs) per meal.
Color: Similar to the male, with a golden-yellow coat and black stripes, but females generally have a less pronounced and lighter pattern.
Tigers are apex predators and generally hunt alone. Their territory size can range from 10 to 50 square kilometers, depending on the availability of prey.
