A 58 year old male patient from Kedarsyun-03, known case of hypertension under medication, with past history of CVA( stroke- now completely rehabilitated)presented with history sudden onset chest tightness, sweating and Shortness of breath for 1hour,
at ER,
BP : 80/60
Pulse: 50 bpm
Cold peripheries
Oriented to time place and person.

Dx: Acute coronary syndrome ( inferior wall MI)
How MI could be prevented?
