In memory of His Majesty King Harald V

It is with profound sadness that we have received the news of the passing of His Majesty King Harald V.

On behalf of the Norway India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI), I extend our deepest condolences to the Royal Family, and the people of Norway.

Throughout his long reign, King Harald served Norway with dignity, warmth and an unwavering commitment to bringing people together. He represented the very best of Norway – openness, respect, tolerance and friendship across borders.

For those of us working to strengthen the relationship betweenNorway and India, we will also remember His Majesty as an important representative of Norway internationally and of the values on which strong and lasting relationships between nations are built.

We are deeply grateful for his lifelong service to Norway.

Our thoughts are with the Royal Family and the people of Norway at this time of great sorrow.
