Hierdoor zijn ook geen goede en toegankelijke rapportages beschikbaar. Ook ontbreekt de begrotingsverantwoording van de wenselijke cijfermatige onderbouwing. Met behulp van nieuwe ICT kan het proces van de begrotingsvoorbereiding en de begrotingswijziging beter worden ondersteund.

As a result, there is a significant lack of transparency regarding the movement of goods and the various stakeholders involved in these transactions. The Government Training Center (GTC) has developed a course calendar for 2025 and urgently needs additional trainers to teach the existing courses, followed by the new courses in 2026 and beyond. The goal is to prepare two groups of 12-15 internal candidates to become GTC trainers.

Over the years, the HR function shifted from an advisory role to a controlling role, while line managers viewed the HR function as their supporting and assisting role. This led to significant criticism of the HR department. By transforming HR advisors into HR Business Partners and providing line managers and HR Business Partners with digital tools, the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function are improved.

Per 1 september 2025 is er een nieuw team van de Inspectie Onderwijs, met 3 nieuwe inspecteurs, uitgebreid. Hiermee is de behoefte om het team, in het bijzonder de startende inspecteurs, verder te professionaliseren sterker geworden. Doelstelling is het professionaliseren van het team van vijf Inspecteurs, inclusief de drie startende Inspecteurs van de Onderwijsinspectie, zodat zij bewust worden van de omgeving waarbinnen zij opereren.

Het huidige functieboek/ de huidige functiebeschrijvingen en-waarderingen binnen het onderwijs van Curaçao zijn verouderd. Het dateert van 2005. De onderwijskundige ontwikkelingen vragen andere verantwoordelijkheden en competenties van onderwijzend en niet-onderwijzend personeel in het onderwijs. Het project heeft als doel het aantrekken, behouden en motiveren van competent personeel en het bieden van kwalitatief hoogwaardig onderwijs.

Het doel van het project “Implementatie energie- en waterregulering op Aruba” is om de reguleringstaken en verantwoordelijkheden zoals die in de nieuwe wet worden opgenomen bij de AFTA onder te brengen. Hiermee wordt beoogd dat de AFTA na afloop van het project gereed moet zijn om deze taken zelfstandig uit te voeren. De gekozen aanpak is de inzet van een kwartiermaker die fungeert als ervaringsdeskundige bij de inrichting van de nieuwe taken binnen de AFTA en bij het maken van externe afspraken met de te reguleren entiteiten. Het project zal onder leiding van de AFTA worden uitgevoerd, waarbij samenwerking met de nutsbedrijven WEB, ELMAR en Utilities Aruba van groot belang is.
