We have been following this Dutch couple and their funny struggles to adapt to the Brooklyn lifestyle. Very interesting to see modern settlers and their day-to-day experiences. And always a good plan to start the weekly vlog with a bike ride from the Brooklyn Bridge!

Is 380 a round number?

The village of Breuckelen on Long Island was officially established on May, 21st, 1646. But we didn’t organize any celebrations, for we feel that 380 isn’t a special number. So we keep the 375 logo from 5 years ago. You can still see it on the plaquette at the Regthuys in downtown Breukelen (corner of Kerkbrink & Herenstraat). And it’s on the special information sign at the Breukelen train station.
