4. To engage in research and documentation and liaise in synergy with office of the chief press secretary, chief historian,speech writer and other relevant arms of Government.

*URGENT APPEAL TO GOVERNOR DOUYE DIRI, SECRETARY BHIS SCHEME, AND COMMISSIONER OF HEALTH PROF. SEIYEFA BRISIBE*

I'm a vulnerable senior citizen facing life-threatening challenges due to the failure of the BHIS Scheme. Despite being a registered member, I've been denied access to life-saving drugs multiple times.

Today, May 30, I visited the hospital for my medication, only to be told that none was available, with an instruction to return on Monday, June 2. With no financial means to purchase alternative medication, I'm left with no option but to appeal to you.

The attached doctor's prescription highlights my dire situation. I urge you to:

1. Ensure immediate availability of my prescribed medication
2. Review and reform the BHIS Scheme to prioritize vulnerable citizens like myself
3. Provide support and protection for senior citizens facing harassment and violent attacks

I appeal to your humanity and commitment to public service. Please help!
