Your Excellency Senator Douye Diri and Honorable Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo,
I hope this letter finds you in excellent health and high spirits. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for the incredible opportunity to serve as the Commissioner for Power under your esteemed administration for the past three and a half years. It has been an honor and privilege to work alongside such visionary leaders like yourselves.
I am deeply humbled by the confidence and trust you have placed in me by appointing me to such a crucial position. The appointment allowed me to contribute to the development and progress of Bayelsa State, particularly in the field of power generation and distribution. I am proud to have been part of the team that worked tirelessly to improve the power sector in our state.
I would also like to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to the permanent secretary, directors, staff members of the ministry, and my aides. Their unwavering support, dedication, and hard work have been instrumental in the successful ex*****on of my responsibilities. Their commitment towards achieving our shared goals has been remarkable.
Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to my family. Their understanding, patience, and encouragement have been invaluable. They stood by me throughout my tenure and shared the ups and downs of public service with unwavering support.
As I look back on my time as Commissioner for Power, I feel an immense sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Together, we have achieved significant milestones and implemented projects that have positively impacted the lives of the people of Bayelsa State. It is with great pride that I reflect on our collective efforts in bringing much-needed improvements in the power sector, resulting in increased accessibility to electricity for our citizens.
In conclusion, I would once again like to extend my deepest gratitude to you, Your Excellency Senator Douye Diri, and Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo for entrusting me with this position. It has been an honor to serve Bayelsa State under your leadership. I remain committed to supporting your vision and the progressive development of our great state.
