HON. ANYAM KAIZA OTOBO IS THAT TIMELY ALTERNATIVE.
Born September 15, 1971, in Otuekpein community, Hon. Otobo’s journey from the classrooms of State School, Otuekpein (FSLC 1986), Government Secondary School, Otuoke/Otuaba (NECO 2004), to the Niger Delta University (B.Sc. Sociology & Anthropology, 2019) is a testament to perseverance and intellectual depth. But his true university has been the rugged terrain of Ogbia politics – where he has served, not merely campaigned, since 1999.
A TRACK RECORD OF DEDICATED SERVICE, NOT EXPERIMENTATION:
While others seek office for status, Hon. Otobo has held office with distinction:
· Transition Management Committee Member (1999, 2003)
· APC-equivalent PDP Chairman, Ogbia LGA (2002)
· Supervisory Councilor for Agric, Commerce & Special Duties (2004)
· Supervisory Councilor for Information & Strategy (2005)
· Supervisory Councilor for Youth & Sports Development (2006)
· Two-Term Elected Councilor, Ogbia Ward IV – serving meritoriously, earning trust through results.
This is not a novice seeking on-the-job training. This is a battle-tested leader with the technocratic know-how to transform legislative oversight into grassroots development.
