No Shaking: Udoide Assures INI Youths

The Member-Elect, INI State State Constituency Hon (Dcn) Lawrence Udoide has assured youths of INI Local Government Area that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in INI is unshakened.

Udoide who made this statement today, during an unschedule meeting with youths at Ndinya Ikot Imo said, the recent announcement of Hon Emmanuel Ukpong-udo as Member-Elect, Ikono/INI Federal Constituency is only a storm in the tea cup and nothing else.

He admonished them to be calm, law abiding and continue to be faithful to the PDP adding that the party is well structured to provide dividence of democracy to them and the entire people of INI Local Government Area.

LEADERSHIP IS A CALL TO SERVE

Leadership recruitment process is one of the cardinal factors that can make or mar meaningful development in any society.

For many years as a people and Nation, we have failed woefully in the Leadership selection process at different levels. In most cases, sentiment, religion, loyalty, friendship and fears has played major roles by denying the right people the opportunity to serve which in return could add values to our local area.

To get it right, necessity demands we should review the leadership recruitment processes in our local government area and Communities. This can be possible through open consultations, public debates, seminars, public involvement and re-orientation exercise, this will help to reset and reshape our mindset in the selection of leaders.

It is on this premise that I call on all our stakeholders, opinion leaders, elders, women, youths and socio-political groups irrespective of their political affiliation to rise up and offer their support to the member elect for Ini State Constituency and the incoming Governor of Akwa Ibom State for a robust but purposeful administration.

By so doing, a new Ini LGA of our dreams will be rebirth and our future will be secured.

*Fake Facebook accounts Alert*❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

The attention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flag bearer for Ini State Constituency Deacon Lawrence Udoide has been drawn to two fake Facebook accounts impersonating him and his campaign organization. Members of the public are hereby informed that the two fake facebook accounts are hoisted by an internet fraudster with the intention to defraud unsuspecting members of the public. The two fake facebook accounts are:
1. Lawrence Udoide
2. Lawrence Udoide Campaign Organization.

The assembly hopeful wishes to state categorically that he owns just a single Facebook account and that the two mentioned above has nothing to do with him and his (Eka Ubok Abasi) campaign organization.

That the name of his campaign organization is not Udoide Campaign Organization but Eka Ubok Abasi Campaign Organization (Eco) which already has an authentic account on Facebook.

The general public are hereby advised not to engage in any business and/or do any transaction with the two facebook accounts mentioned above.

Today, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) standard bearer for Ini State Constituency Deacon Lawrence Udoide attended the reception in honour of the Hon Commissioner for Agriculture Dr Offiong Offor by her people at Mkpu, Itu Mbonuso, Ini LGA.

While there, he appreciated the Governor for appointing one of their daughters as Commissioner and called on the entire people of Itu Mbonuso to reciprocate the kind gesture of His Excellency, Mr. Udom Emmanuel by supporting Dr Offiong to return PDP in the forthcoming general elections.
