OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT - PGMM.
Dear PGMM family, let me begin by thanking the Almighty God for HIS Love to us thereby making us partakers and beneficiaries of His redemption plan through Christ dead and resurrection as celebrated by the Church this reason.
One notable feature in Jesus Christ's dead and resurrection is forgiveness and in the spirit of the season I urge all of us to forgive each other and let's live in unity and harmony with each other as we continue to press towards realizing our goals and fulfiling the mandate repose on me.
As we move forward, we stand solidly with HE. Gov. Udom Emmanuel in his completion Agenda while congratulating him for more wins recorded recently.
I acknowledge the Airline of the year given to Ibom Air, best tourism State among others.
As we March into April, may the Love and blessings of the most high God continue to abide with us forever Amen.

Visit to Motherless babies home with Gift Items.

The above description has carried the information of the event that took place and when it did, but the participants if given the opportunity will say more.
The broad smile, cheers and Joy that came from the children in James 1:27 motherless babies home cannot be described by words but it was an expression of gratitude from the children knowing that the have Fathers, Mothers, uncle's & Aunts in Non Indigene PGMM who cares and think about them.
Both the management and the Kids poured out their hearts in prayers for the organization and her Members.
Thanks to all of you who made it happen, by allowing yourself to be a channel that God has use to bless this children.
God bless you all.
The outing was led by Mr Godswill Jonathan the leader of the Non Indigen and also the Financial Secretary at the State Level, State officials of the organization were also present among them were Uno Esin - Youth Leader, Nkoyo Walter - Dir of Welfare, Emmanuel Bassey - ex officio, Prince Etito - Dir. of Protocol and yours Truly D.I. Offiong - Publicity Secretary.

GOVERNMENT OF AKWA IBOM STATE

PUBLIC NOTICE
DISCONTINUATION OF CURFEW

Following the return of normalcy and wide consultation with the security architecture of the State, His Excellency the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel has directed the discontinuation of the curfew which was imposed due to some security challenges that occurred in our state. This discontinuation directive takes effect immediately and therefore repeals the earlier directive imposing the curfew.

The Governor appreciates the citizens for their understanding and cooperation and commends the gallantry and dedication displayed by our security agencies, throughout the period of the curfew.

Despite the discontinuation order, security agencies are still maintaining high level alert and are prepared to decisively deal with any attempt at the disruption of peace and subversion of law and order, especially as the Yuletide approaches.

During the period of COVID19 we stressed our staff beyond limit so as to meet the world bank requirements.

we are still in a rented accomodations till today..

we need an audit bill to empower us to do certain things .

we appeal that state government should upgrade the equipment that we are using in the office,it is no longer fashionable to do audit manually.

Staff should be trained properly, alteast a minimum of five trainings will equip our staff to perform the magic that the society requires of them.

Question:you requested N500 million but got 60million,why the low release?

Response:This is due to paucity of funds in the state,but our case should be different because of the statutory functions we are performing.

As at September we have accrued the sum of N23. 5b as Internally Generated Revenue for year 2020 against the proposed N26.4B estimate earmarked for the parastatal.

We strongly believe we will meet up our target at the end of December, 2020.
