THE YOUTH O'CLOCK NARRATIVE (XXVI)

Creation begins with the words we speak. Every thought and every action is shaped by the language we choose. As prospective change making leaders, we are not just individuals but architects of the worlds around us. It is through the words we utter that we fashion the lives we lead, the strength of our families, and the unity of our communities.

Let us, therefore, be intentional in our speech. Speak life, speak success, and speak leadership. Our words hold the power to build bridges, inspire greatness, and lay the foundation for progress. In every moment, let us embrace the opportunity to lead with purpose, with vision, and with impact.

As we enter this weekend, I encourage you to speak success into your own life and the lives of those around you. Let your words shape the future, reflect your highest aspirations, and guide your actions toward greatness.

Take this time to reflect on your role as a leader, and remember that your voice is a powerful tool for transformation. Have your way in the place of leadership and continue to inspire others to do the same.

Wishing you all a productive and fulfilling weekend.

The world needs leaders who are bold, visionary, and selfless. Leadership is not a position, it is a responsibility. Wherever you find yourself today, lead with excellence. Serve with integrity. Inspire those around you. Together, we can create the future we dream of.

Great leaders do not wait for change, they become the change. This is the postulation of this administration, you are called upon to take this charge and cause an effect within your place of dominance. Together, let us clean up the grass roots. Will you rise to the challenge?

There is a popular saying that change begins with you and me. As we journey together in building a better future for our people, it is important to understand that the transformation we desire starts right from our immediate environment, our homes, our businesses, our communities, and indeed, our positions of leadership, no matter how small.

Too often, we see people who neglect their own leadership roles, even in the smallest capacities, like leading a local market association or a community gathering, yet they are the loudest in criticizing the government. While constructive criticism is necessary for growth, it must be backed by the right intentions, aimed at fostering real change, not just blame. It is not enough to complain; we must all take responsibility and lead by example in our respective roles.

I charge the youths of Tarka Local Government to embrace a mindset of transparency, accountability, and support for every leader with a genuine vision for progress. My administration is building upon the foundation laid by notable past leaders who chose the path of progress. Now, we must take the next step towards an era of transformation. Let us be productive, let us be resilient, and let us work together to drive real development.

I assure you that better days are ahead. With the continued support of our visionary State Governor, His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, my administration will remain committed to delivering good governance, impactful projects, and sustainable development for our people.

Thank you for your trust and commitment to a greater Tarka. That tomorrow we always talked about is finally here, if we all put forth the right attitude!

THE YOUTH O’CLOCK NARRATIVE [XX]

The Power and Price of Hope in Benue Politics is Weaponized. Deliberately. This is so sad, and our electorates deserve to know this evil art. As it is well crafted and engineered to turn the people’s minds against the only government in recent history—working for the common good of the state.

Hope is a powerful force—it keeps people going in times of suffering, fuels endurance in the face of evil, and sustains belief in a better tomorrow. But in Benue politics, hope has become more than just a virtue; it is now a currency, traded by those in power to maintain control.

For too long, our people have suffered, with hope dangled before them as a reward—promises of roads, schools, hospitals, and security, always just beyond reach. They have endured oppression, believing that patience will bring justice, that tomorrow will be different, that the next leader will bring change.

But as hope is weaponized, we must ask: Who truly benefits? When hope is used to pacify rather than empower, to silence rather than inspire, it ceases to be hope—it becomes a tool of manipulation.

And before now, the progress of Benue state have been fantastically manipulated.

Beyond this narrative, only our administration has truly gone beyond mere promises to real action—in the payment of salaries, in tangible infrastructure, in real governance. And Tarka LGA under my watch is not left out.

Instead of cheap talk, I am consciously choosing hard work in the field every day. And that is the loudest I can ever speak against the manipulative psychology out there—projects! I will give my people projects upon projects!

Enough of the political mind games. Baiting hope for people’s minds like the fisherman’s hook to fish is the greatest evil to humanity. We all know how it has always ended. Benue politics has really suffered our people, over and over again—for years and still counting? No! My people, it’s time for action. Choose liberty, choose progress.

Rural Electrification has permanent space in Tarka Local Government; This is Just the beginning.

Rural Electrification is a necessity and the Great people of Tarka Local won't be left out.
I took time to inspect a 500kva transformer to be installed at the Zongo part of Tarka Local Government Area in Benue State. This is to make sure it is in perfect working condition and also encourage productivity in the working class alongside the youth who need electricity to work in various fields. Rural Electrification is one aspect I strongly assure the good people of Tarka that they won't be left behind.

I want to take out time to also, appreciate Engr. Bem Kumaga Dajo for his immense dedication to the success of this agenda.

It's Youth O'clock and the leadership will flow with a difference.
