GOVERNOR TAMBUWAL GIVES 10 HILUX VEHICLES AND 500 VEHICLES TO THE SECURITY ASSEMBLY IN SOKOTO STATE.

The Governor of Sokoto State, Rt Hon Aminu Waziri Tambuwal CFR (Mutawallen Sokoto) has inaugurated 10 HILUX vehicles and 500 machines for the vigilante group to improve security in Sokoto State.

Governor Tambuwal inaugurated their quota on Tuesday morning.

During the distribution, Governor Tambuwal was accompanied by his Deputy Hon Dr Muhammad Manir Dan Iya (Walin Sokoto) Secretary to the State Government, Commissioners, Chief of Staff of the State Government House and others.

Allah (SWT) has destined this to be one of the reasons for lasting peace in Sokoto State and the country as a whole for the sake of the Holy Qur'an

My Questions are as follows:

1. This policies are they favourable to the Masses?

2. What are the Impact of the banned items to both Government and General Public?

3. To what extent can Government secure and impose compliance with the policies.

My Comment : to my own opinion Buhari and A.P.C Adminstration is not truly ready for the reopening of our land Borders.

It may be possible that they ware being forced by Other external powers or their POLITICAL GOALS but not to Favour vulnerable Nigerians

Tambuwal Allocates Portfolio To New Commissioners

Gov. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto State has assigned responsibilities to the three new Commissioners he recently appointed.

With slight shifts in portfolios, the erstwhile Commissioner for Sports and Youths Development, Hon. Aminu Bala Bodinga will now head the Ministry of Land and Housing while Hon. Bashir Gorau replaces him at the Ministry of Youths and Sports.

Also, Gov. Tambuwal named Mal. Mainasara Ahmad (Mni) as the Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning just as Mal. Abubakar Mai Kudi takes charge of the Ministry of Solid Minerals.

Many days, months and years but, one 24th August, 1956 was an exuberance captive for recollections. It was a day that produced diligent, vigorous and elegant in a nutshell cream de la cream leader of all time. Sokoto state and Nigeria at large is lucky and excited to have you as a leader and also a father that leads along with all and sundry despite our differences in religion, tribe, age, ethics and status. Words will not and never be ample to describe you sir but, our heartfelt and prayers. Happy birthday sir, may Allah (SAW) continue to guide, protect and keep you safe throughout your remaining days ahead, And May HE Grant you direct entry into jannaltul firdaus. Congratulations sir.

PRESS RELEASE

FINAL YEAR STUDENTS OF SS 3 AND JSS 3 ACROSS THE STATE TO RESUME AUGUST 4TH

All the SS 3 and JSS 3 Students across the state are to resume for academic activities on Tuesday the 4th of August 2020.

This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education Dr MB Abubakar Guiwa

According to the Commissioner the final year students are therefore directed to report to their various Schools to enable them to prepare for their examinations.

He pointed out that the WAEC organised examination is to commence on the 17th of August, while BECE for JSS 3 is to start on the 24th of August.

Dr Bello Guiwa further explained that NABTEB examination will commence on the 21st of September, NBAIS on the 23rd of September and NECO examination to commence on the 5th of October 2020.

The Commissioner emphasised that all the necessary preparations for the full observance of Covid 19 protocols by the staff and students have been made by the state government.

He therefore appealed to all the stakeholders to join hands together for the success of the examinations .

A statement signed by the public relations officer of the Ministry Nura Bello Maikwanci said that the Commissioner also enjoyed parents and guardians to ensure the prompt resumption of their wards to Schools.
