This afternoon,the leadership of Dange Shuni Local Government Education Working Group held a meeting with the Representatives of the Students' Associations of the indigenes of Dange Shuni Local Government studying within and outside the Sokoto state. The meeting was parts of the working group efforts to strategize on how to raise among other things; financial assistance and career opportunities to the indigenes of the Dange Shuni LGA under the Honourable Commissioner Ministry of Health Dr. Balarabe Shehu Kakale Shuni initiatives. Other prominent people to support him are: Honourable Aminu Magaji Badai ( Member SOHA, Representing Dange Shuni LGA),Honourable Mode Dantasallah Amanawa( Executive Chairman Dange Shuni LGA),Alhaji Abubakar Abdullahi Dange ( Former Commissioner on Special Duties), perm.sec.Sani Garba Shuni (Ajiyan Shuni), Alhaji Dahiru Muhammad Shuni ( APC Chairman Dange Shuni LGA), Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu Dange ( Philisco), Honourable Abubakar Buda Amanawa (Former Majority Leader SOHA),Honourable Aliyu A.A. Newly Renovated Block of Classrooms in Shuni:The project was voluntarily executed by one of the Philanthropists in Dange Shuni Local Government Area of Sokoto State who is also the Sokoto State Coordinator of the Matawalle Sak Foundation Alhaji Aliyu Abubakar Dange ( Philisco ).As completed, the building is now use as Islamiyya School for the young Children in the morning and afternoon session respectively,while evening session is reserved for the secluded Married Women in Shuni.However, Alhaji Aliyu Abubakar Dange ( Philisco) had also procured school uniforms for the less privileged Children in three (3)Primary Schools in rural areas under the Dange Shuni Local Government Education Authority. These benefiting Primary Schools are: Tuntube, Girgiri and Tsefe Primary Schools. The gesture was encapsulated with the Sokoto State Declared State of Emergency on Education by the His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Sokoto State,Rt.Hon.Aminu Waziri Tambuwal CFR, ( Matawallen Sokoto) ( Saturday 16th December 2017).

In an effort to revive Students' Social Clubs in our schools, the Dange Shuni Local Government Education Working Group in collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Corps Sokoto State Sector Command has launched Students' Road Safety Club at Government Day Secondary School Dange. At the occasion,the students were enlightened about the safety tips/measures on the roads, guidelines of the Road Safety clubs,distribution of reading materials to the school library,election and swearing in of the new Executives.

Alhaji Dahiru Muhammad Shuni ( APC Chairman Dange-Shuni LGA of Sokoto state) is one of the major sponsors of the indigenes of Dange Shuni Local Government studying in various secondary schools and tertiary institutions within and outside Sokoto state. Today, you hardly trace a single household in Dange Shuni Local Government that did not benefited from his philanthropy/financial/material support in the educational career of children in that compound . He is in politics,simply because of his philosophy that democracy is all about what you can do for your people, using your position/office to empower the youth through education and job creation. Alhaji Dahiru Muhammad Shuni is no doubt a household name when it comes to students' matters during the late 1980s and present. Therefore, In recognition of his sacrificial efforts toward youth empowerment through Education in Dange Shuni Local Government and Sokoto State , the Executive council of the Sokoto State Students' Association ( SOSSA) Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto Branch will tomorrow Insha Allah bestow on him a Certificate of Merit Award in recognition of his passionate love for the Education of all children.

This evening, the Honourable Commissioner, Sokoto State Ministry of Health Dr. Balarabe Shehu Kakale Shuni hosted coalition of Dange Shuni Local Government Working Groups and other Community Development Partners to Sallah Special Homage ( BARKA DA SALLAH). The working groups was led by the head of Education Malam Musa Sabo Shuni who spoke on behalf of the other heads and members of the other working groups present. He told the commissioner that the visit is to felicitate with him on the successful completion of the Ramadan fasting and to show their unalloyed loyalty, unwavering support and solidarity to him in his efforts to ensure massive rural development in the Dange Shuni LGA. The Working Groups also thanked him for the following:
1. Procurement and Installment of ICT Data base to register free of charge, all applicants from Dange
Shuni LG indigenes in the current online recruitment under the nationwide paramilitary services recruitment
2. Disbursement of scholarship to Dange Shuni Local Government indigenes studying as Community
Health Extension Workers.
3. Provision of Skills acquisition centre where our teaming youths received training on leather works,
shoe-making and dried-meat processing.
Correspondent, the commissioner thanked the good people of Dange Shuni Local Government and the working groups for supporting government programmes especially in the fight against the scourge of meningitis. He noted that the Dange Shuni Local Government area is a home solid minerals and all stakeholders are to contribute in harnessing the abundant resources. The commissioner stated that in the near future, he has a plan to organize a summit conference consisting of all indigenes of the local government to discuss on the ways to move the local government forward. The conference will also come up with a blueprint on the mineral deposits,
human resources,education,maternal health related issues, security and job creation among others.

Today, the 11 existing Working Groups in Dange Shuni Local Government area of Sokoto state had received 2 male cattles from the Sokoto State Commissioner Ministry of Health, Dr. Balarabe Shehu Kakale Shuni. The cattles were later slaughtered and share the meat among all members of the aforementioned working groups as to enable members prepare for the Eid Fitr ( sallah ). This is the first time in the history,where a political office holder elected or otherwise presents something of this nature to our people. The entire good people of Dange Shuni local government are proud to be associated with your new brand of politics capable of uplifting the youth and uniting the entire local government.
May Allah SWT Continue to bless you abundantly.

This is to inform all indigenes of Dange-Shuni local government area of Sokoto State that the online application for the recruitment into various paramilitary services nationwide are still going on. Interested persons are to contact the Dange Shuni local government ICT working group for online registration free of charge. However, those who have already made their application are to submit a photocopy of their printed acknowledgement slip to either Dange-Shuni local government ICT working group or Dange-Shuni local government career and special services working group ( known as Abuja working group).

By his training, inclination and activities in testing the unknown and uncharted waters of his service career to humanity, sense of fairness and believe in preparing the young ones for a greater role in the community, the Sokoto state Commissioner for Health Dr. Shehu Balarabe Kakale Shuni today have paid for the sponsorship of five ( 5) indigenous Students' of Dange-Shuni LGA who are qualified for the 2017 National Medical Laboratory Examinations under the Sultan Abdulrahman School of Health Technology Gwadabawa-Sokoto state. These five (5 )students are children of the less privileged who are well trained and qualified for the examinations, but their parent do not have the means to settle the registration fees within the shortest limited time frame. When contacted by Education Working Group, the man whose name brought popularity in Sokoto youths vanguard was quicked to respond just similar to the vaccines on malaria/meningitis in Sokoto State.No doubt, Dr.S.B.Kakale Shuni is the engine that moves the political future of the Dange Shuni Local Government unsurpassable with such a strong driving political innovation by installing a regimen that prepare our youth for a greater role in the community. On Behalf of recipients, families and members of the Dange-Shuni Local Government Education Working group, we wish to register our appreciations to the honourable commissioner for the sacrificial love and commitment to serve humanity.
