INNANLILLAHI WAINNA ILAIHI RAJI'UN!

AREWA YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FORUM (AYDF)
It is with profound sadness and total submission to the will of Allah that we extend our deepest condolences over the passing of His Royal Highness, Major General Muhammadu Sani Sami (Rtd.), the Emir of Zuru, fondly known as Gomo II. He passed away yesterday as announced by the Government of Kebbi State.

Major General Muhammadu Sani Sami was our Governor of Bauchi State (which then included what is now Gombe State) from 1984 to 1985 during Nigeria's military regime led by Head of State, His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari (May Allah admit him into Jannah). His tenure as the governor implemented significant initiatives in agriculture, particularly his "Back to Land" policy. The policy motivated many people to go back to their farms 40 years ago.

May Allah (SWT) have mercy on the soul of the late Emir of Zuru. May He admit him into Jannah and grant his family, loved ones, and the people of Zuru patience and reward for the trial.
May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings overlook his imperfections and grant him jannatul firdaus Ameen.

The line-up of Arewa Youth Development Forum, Kaduna State Chapter in a crucial meeting with selected Local Governments coordinators in State, Headed by the Satet Chairman in person of Comr. Engr. Hassan Isma'il, Hosted by the state executives at Competence and Conduct Laboratory, Kakeya Hall (Noble News) Zaria.

Vital as well as relevant issues were discussed, recommendations that will move the forum forward were made and general conclusion of action begin. God's will changes in all the affairs of the forum will take immediate effect.

Your prayers and support in this will go a long way in promoting and developing the forum.

In pain and sadness, I write to inform the general public about the demise of our able pillar, mentor, guider and father in person of Alh. Adamu Muhammad Kagarko (Marafan Kagarko and former permanent Secretary Kaduna State). He has been the chairman of patrons, Arewa Youth Development Forum. May his soul continue to rest in perfect peace.
