Rivers Politics Made Simple

Think of Rivers State politics as a family feud.

The son, Governor Fubara, tells his uncle, President Tinubu, that his father, Wike, is causing unrest at home. He respects his father’s role in raising him but insists that doesn’t mean he must blindly obey.

Meanwhile, the father, Wike, accuses his son of disloyalty—mixing with the wrong crowd, ignoring family duties, and sidelining his siblings (the State Assembly).

To ease tensions, the uncle offers the son shelter (in the APC). There, the son proves himself respectful and diligent, making the uncle question the father’s harsh judgment.

But conflict flares again when the uncle considers sponsoring the son for a Master’s degree (a second term). The father objects, citing an earlier peace deal that supposedly ruled this out.

So, how do we resolve this? Maybe by choosing dialogue over ego—and putting the family’s future first.

What Governor Fubara's defection to APC means and what many people don't know:


1. The APC in Rivers State can no longer hold meetings without conferring with Governor Fubara.

2. Some meetings of the APC will hold in Government House.

3. Governor Fubara will now attend NEC meetings of the APC.

4. He will now be among decision makers in the APC.

5. Major decisions of the APC in Rivers State will now have the input of Governor Fubara.

6. Governor Fubara will soon host APC Governors meeting in Port Harcourt.

7. Governor Fubara is now an automatic delegate of the APC.

8. His chances of meeting President Tinubu fairly regularly has now been cemented.

9. His defection to APC adds more votes to President Tinubu come 2027.

10. Whether he will get 2nd term or not has now assumed national significance.

For the first tíme in my life, I saw every tríbe and religiøn praisiñg and hailiñg a an officer AM YERIMA, withøut mindiñg his religiøn or tribe.

Igbos pràised him.
Hausa pràised him.
Yorubas pràised him.
Even Rivers peøple too pràised him.

Christians pràísed him.
Muslims pràísed him.
Even pegañs too praísed him.

Does it mean that people hate Wike that much or Nigerians want to encourage BOLDNESS in our officers......?

💥A Lot of people Ranting about what they don’t understand… But let me educate you a little.

The US as the world power can intervene and enter into any country with a military force under these 3 conditions:
1) Genocide
2) Ethnic Cleansing
3) Mass atrocities

So if a country is considered CPC, it means it falls into one of these 3 categories.

💥This idea is tied to a doctrine called “Responsibility to protect (R2P”. It was adopted by the UN in 2005 and it says the world power, should stop mass k!llings when a government (like Nigeria) fails its own citizens.

But the R2P still requires UN approval for military force.

💥Which means Donald Trump and the US cannot just invade Nigeria with military force without the approval of the United Nations (UN).

But then the US president leads the executive branch of the UN, which controls foreign policy direction. That means the US president can decide strongly on how the UN should proceed.

💥So in summary, Trump and the US can Intervene and invade Nigeria with military force. But first of all they will have to give the Nigerian government time to fix the issues.

They will start with imposing sanctions such as cutting foreign aid and other strict measures.
If the Nigerian government do not solve the issues after that, then the U.S will have every reason to invade.

💥Now when the U.S finally invades Nigeria, they can decide on whether to allow Tinubu continue as the president or remove him and replace him through a regime change.

YES, the US has that power but only after the Nigerian government fails to solve the issue through a diplomatic solution after sanctions are being imposed.

💥Lastly, In my own opinion, l don't think this a battle against Muslims or Christian but against Bad Governance.

But follow follow people won't know anything before shouting because of political affiliation and peanut as media aides.

Nigeria 🇳🇬through its Youth.

A lot of the our Nigerian youths now want to have a streaming studio & be streaming live,
A lot are all over the media 24/7, either they sit on dating platforms looking for love or arguing on comment section about who is better between VDM or B-LORD, PELLER & JARVIS RELATIONSHIP, GEN UNIVERSITY or DAVIDO/ WIZKID banter etc.
Too many teenage pregnancies & a lot of women are becoming single mothers at 17,18,19...
A country where the most famous people are the ones leading the youth astray.
Guess what? They still receives AWARDS; then I ask AWARD for what.?
No wonder, US 🇺🇸president referred to Nigeria as a disgraced nation.

If you are not worried & concerned about the future of Nigeria.
