Owning a house should not be a big deal 🤝 and the cost of renting houses now has greatly increased but meanwhile salaries hasn't increased. However the case, it's wise for you to start planning towards owning your own home or building today 💪.

If you want to build your house, think in terms of "how many blocks" will it cost me to build this 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedroom bungalow or duplex. Like it takes 2200 blocks to build a simple 2bedroom apartment and 2700 blocks to block a simple 3bedroom apartment. 4bedroom bungalow or duplex or so isn't difficult to come by but calculating in terms of "how many blocks" will make it easy for you to get started.

Although buying a house might be easy and looks like the best option but in plain truth, the cost of buying houses are far too much above the worth/cost of actually building the same house.

Just that buying takes the stress of you and its that 'stress taken off you' that you're now paying so highly for.

A house owner/developer can collect ₦10million or ₦15million for a house that was built with ₦5million or ₦7million. Nevertheless, buying a house isn't often the best solution except you have careless money to throw around.
