Rivers state should wake up now or never, the purported Port Harcourt Ring Road project awarded to Julius Berger is a huge fraud. How can a government award a contract without advertising the contract, for other companies to bid for the contract? Again in 2021 world Bank report made it loud and clear that a kilometre of road cost 238 million naira, how come 50.15 kilometers with six fly over is gulping 195 billion naira? Nyesom Wike government is using Julius Berger to loot Rivers money in this his third tenure.

Politics is the activities associated with the governance of a country or area, especially the debate between parties having power.

But debate that is suppose to be the essential factor in African politics, is an irrelevant factor at all cost, because of their "authoritarianism".

In authoritarian governments, the people have no power or representation and it is characterized by absolute or blind obedience to formal authority , as against individual freedom and related to the expectation of unquestioning obedience. The elite leaders handle all economic, military, and foreign relations. A prime example of authoritarianism is a dictatorship.
Totalitarianism is the most extreme form of authoritarianism because it controls all aspects of life including the communication between citizens, media censorship, and threatens by the means of terror corruption.
