‎How Ibrahim Dende Quietly Gifted Igboho Millions in Tough Times

‎Yoruba Nation activist Chief Majasola Sunday Igboho has publicly showered praises on businessman Ibrahim Dende, describing him as a rare man with a generous heart who stood by him during one of the most difficult periods of his life.

‎According to Igboho, after he was released from detention in the Benin Republic, Dende immediately reached out to him and asked about his next destination.

‎Igboho revealed that he told Dende he was planning to travel to Germany with his wife and that the total cost of their flight tickets was about ₦6 million.

‎But what happened next shocked him.
‎Instead of sending the exact amount, Dende reportedly asked for his bank account details and transferred ₦20 million — far more than the requested sum. According to Igboho, Dende told him the extra money might be useful for other expenses.

‎Igboho also recalled the moment his issues with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu were eventually resolved through the intervention of His Royal Majesty, Oba Rashidi Ladoja. He described the joy he felt at that moment as overwhelming.

‎He further revealed that when he finally returned to Nigeria, the very first person he met was Dende, who again supported him with another ₦10 million.

‎Igboho explained that the money is currently helping him host visitors because his bank account is still frozen by the government.

‎In his words, he believes anyone who dislikes Dende must be under a cǔrse, emphasizing how deeply grateful he is for the support and kindness he received during his trials.

‎Chief Sunday Igboho, also known as Majasola Adeyemo, has once again shared his heartfelt thoughts about the future of our land. Step by step, he emphasized that the safety and security of our people must always come first, even as many continue to push for freedom from the long-standing amalgamation.

‎He made it clear that everyone has the right to associate with any political party of their choice. Regardless of political alignments, he remains committed to the cause and insists that his dedication to the struggle has never changed.

‎According to him, he has done his best, continues to do what he can, and has promised never to step back from the path he believes in. As a true son of the soil, we still trust his words and believe in his sincerity.

‎Blessings and respect to you, ọmọ Adeyemo Ooṣa!

Why Critics Are Wrong About Sunday Igboho’s Political Choice

‎The criticism surrounding Chief Sunday Igboho for wearing an All Progressives Congress cap has sparked intense reactions online. But one important truth should not be ignored — every citizen has the right to freely choose their political affiliation.

‎Our own son of the land, Majasola Sunday Igboho remains one of the most recognized figures in the Yoruba self-determination movement. His name will undoubtedly be written boldly in the history of the struggle. Through difficult times and enormous pressure, he stood firm and spoke loudly for the safety and dignity of his people.

‎This is someone who has repeatedly shown courage in the face of danger. Even recently, he expressed his readiness to help tackle the growing insecurity in Nigeria if given the opportunity by the president. That statement alone reflects a man who still believes in protecting his people.

‎After his release, he could have easily chosen a quiet life abroad and stayed away from the tensions back home. Instead, he remained committed to the welfare and future of the Yoruba we people.

‎So before judging his personal political decisions, it’s worth asking a simple question: how many of those criticizing him today were there when he was arrested or stood by him during his toughest moments?

‎Whether people agree with his political choices or not, many and majority of us still see Sunday Igboho as a symbol of courage and resistance — a man whose role in the movement will not be forgotten.

‎“We once spoke harshly about the Obas, and I myself criticized Tinubu, yet they all chose to forgive me. That is the mark of true fathers.

‎Look at how my home was looted—those who did it were the same boys who had once followed me. I thank God for sparing my life; the outcome could have been far worse.

‎Anyone who truly loves me, sincerely and wholeheartedly, must continue to support and pray for Tinubu.”

🚨 BREAKING: Ondo Monarch K!lled in Foiled Kidnåp Attempt

‎Trãgedy has struck in Ondo State as the traditional ruler of Ahungha Village, Oba Kehinde Jacob Faledun, was brǔtally k!lled after a group of gǔnmen stormed his palace on Wednesday evening.
‎According to family sources, about 10 armed men invaded the palace around 7:10pm, attempting to abduct the monarch.

‎Shocking details reveal that although they reportedly shọt at him multiple times, the bullets did not pe*****te. The ãttåckers then dragged him out and allegedly used a hard object to end his life.

‎His body was later discovered by family members after the assailants fled.
‎The monarch’s wife, who witnessed the ättäck, said the gǔnmen spoke Hausa and came in through the Itaogbolu axis.

‎👮‍♂️ Police Reaction
‎Ondo State Police spokesperson, DSP Jimoh Abayomi, confirmed the incident, stating that six armed men were reported to have forcefully taken the monarch from his residence.

‎He was later found nearby with gǔnshot wounds and confirmed dẹãd at the scene.

‎Security teams — including local hunters, Atuluse Security, and Amotekun — have since launched a massive manhunt for the k!llers.

‎Abayomi assured the public that “no stone will be left unturned” in bringing the culprits to justice and urged anyone with useful information to reach out immediately.

‎The story of the Oba of Jebba is not an isolated one.

‎Another monarch — the Oba of Shao Kingdom — has taken the same courageous stand. He, too, has refused to bow to the Emir of Ilorin, and the consequences have been severe.

‎His staff of office was confiscated.
‎He was denied the grading accorded to other traditional rulers.
‎His salary was cut off.
‎Yet, after years of pressure, he has remained unwavering.

‎Two Yoruba kings.
‎Two decades of resistance.
‎No salary.
‎No grading.
‎No surrender.

‎Through it all, the Kwara State Government has yet to reinstate or regularize them. Still, these kings continue to stand their ground.

‎So the question remains:
‎How many more Yoruba Obas must be pushed aside, silenced, or stripped of recognition before this long-ignored issue is finally addressed?

‎Oba Kadir Adebara of Jebba: The Kwara Monarch Who Refused to Bow

‎For more than two decades, Oba Kadir Adebara has gone without a single kobo in government salary from the Kwara State Government.

‎His “offence”? A simple but powerful act of defiance: refusing to bow to an emir in Ilorin and firmly asserting what history records—that he is a Yoruba Oba, not a subject of any emirate.

‎Jebba, a town with deep roots in the Old Oyo Empire, still carries the legacy of ancient Yoruba sovereignty. Yet its traditional ruler stands isolated, punished by a system that expected total compliance but met resistance instead.

‎Despite the silence imposed on him, the Oba’s stance has only amplified his story. More voices across Yorubaland are now calling on the Alaafin to symbolically visit Jebba—a gesture many believe would restore honor, visibility, and dignity to a throne that has been sidelined but never subdued.

‎A king may be denied his salary, but dignity—once defended—cannot be taken away.

Sharia is not our path!

‎We Yoruba people are proudly pluralistic. In our homes, Christians, Muslims and traditional believers live together as one family and that unity is our strength.

‎Because of this, Sharia law has no place as a governing system in the South-West. It does not reflect our history, our values, or our way of life.

‎Faith is personal ; not a political tool. Muslims around the world practice peacefully without enforcing religious law on diverse communities. The same applies here.

‎Any attempt to impose Sharia on an unwilling population goes against:

‎🌀 our cultural identity
‎🌀 our commitment to peaceful coexistence
‎🌀 Nigeria’s secular constitution

‎The South-West will always defend unity, tolerance, and mutual respect. We reject anything that thrëätens our harmony or puts our people on a path to division.

‎To our Muslim brothers and sisters in Yorubaland:
‎We have always lived together in peace — and we intend to keep it that way.

‎Our focus is progress, not conflict.

‎Let Oduduwa land remain a home for all.

‎Let peace continue to reign!
