MESSAGE OF SUPPORT TO ANAMBRA STATE CHAPTER OF ASIWAJU POLITICAL MOVEMENT (APM) AND THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC)

As the Anambra State governorship election approaches, I, Hon. Emma Nkwocha, the Imo State Coordinator of the Asiwaju Political Movement (APM), extend my heartfelt message of solidarity and unwavering support to our brothers and sisters in the Anambra State chapter of APM and the All Progressives Congress (APC) family at large.

This is another defining moment for progressive leadership and the consolidation of the Renewed Hope Agenda of our great party under the visionary leadership of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. The call before us is one of unity, resilience, and strategic collaboration to ensure the victory of APC in Anambra State.

The people of Anambra deserve purposeful leadership—one that places competence, inclusivity, and development above sentiment and self-interest. I commend the efforts of the APM structure in Anambra for their continued grassroots mobilization and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the APC.

Let us remain steadfast, focused, and united as one strong progressive family. Together, we shall deliver victory for the APC and bring genuine development and renewed hope to the good people of Anambra State.

At the swearing in ceremony held earlier today, Governor Hope Uzodinma announced that the Ministry of Lands will be handled directly by him moving forward to avoid the many scandals documented in his first term in the Ministry of Lands.

It will be recalled that former Commissioner for Lands, Noble Atulegwu was allegedly involved in several unscrupulous activities. We will revisit this another day.

Question for the day is: Do you support Governor Uzodinma’s decision to assign the Minsitry of Lands to himself?

"CONSTRUCTION OF FLYOVER AT ASSUMPTA TIMELY AND OF ECONOMIC VALUE AS IT DEPICTS AN EPICENTRE OF THE STATE."

~Engr. Francis Chukwu Commends Uzodimma

The General Manager of Imo State Environmental Transformation Agency (IMO ENTRACO) Engr. Francis Chukwu has commended the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma for the construction of Flyover at the popular Control Post roundabout in Owerri the State Capital.

He stated this at the sidelines of the recent on the spot inspection of the ongoing project by the Governor Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma alongside other top Government officials.

The Imo ENTRACO helmsman described the Flyover project as timely and of economic value, adding that the project will stand out the popular roundabout as the epicentre of the State Capital.

Engr. Chukwu who served as the former Special Adviser to the Governor and General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) noted that the project when completed will ease the perennial challenge of traffic congestion that the junction has been associated with over the years leading to loss of valuable time and human resources due to the incessant gridlock at the junction.

Speaking further, Engr. Francis Chukwu showered encomiums on Governor Uzodimma for not only his thoughtfulness in conceptualizing the project but for also taking the bold step of implementing the project, stressing that the Governor has continued to execute the most challenging projects that defied past administrations.

While saying that the flyover project will greatly amplify the beauty of Owerri the Imo State Capital, the pioneer Special Adviser to the Governor on Project Monitoring Okigwe Zone stated that the Flyover project will further boost commercial activities in Imo State as it will go a long way towards enhancing the ease of doing businesses given the fact that visitors coming to Owerri from other parts of the country from Onitsha, Anambra State and Port Harcourt, Rivers State will always access Imo State conveniently at all times to carryout their businesses and also leave freely without experiencing stress caused by traffic-jam at the popular junction.
