THE PARLIAMENT AND FUTURE OF KOGI CENTRAL.
In view of the clarion call by the people of Kogi central to have improved and more productive representation in the future parliaments, especially from the forthcoming general elections,it's necessary we have a better knowledge of who is a legislator , the expectations from parliamentarians , the qualities and other factors to be considered in electing them and how to evaluate and monitor their conduct.
Consequently, I will embark on an intensive public sensitisation immediately after sallah celebration. The process will X-ray the contestants, their pedigrees and antecedents. It will also be looking at their agenda and the projected impact analysis of their aspirations.
Interviews will be conducted with them,which will be subject to public review and participation. It will take the format of online conversation with the aspirants and feedback from the citizens. It will be focusing on the federal and state legislature .
It will be all inclusive and devoid of party affiliation,as the public will be directly involved.
Online voting would be cast and results opened to our public ,in finality.

This notification is to give room for citizens participation and adequate representation of all the aspirants,while there would also be a systematic public opinion survey across the senatorial district among major stakeholders and opinion leaders.
This will be one of my contributions towards the improvement of the political development and growth of Kogi central,THE ENTIRE PROCESS WILL BE OPENED TO PUBLIC CRITICISM.
