LOST A TREASURE PT 1
I proposed to my longtime girlfriend early this month.we've been dating for two years plus,so I decided to ask her to marry me,she was so excited as though she has been waiting for it all her life.We started planning our big dream wedding after the proposal.We went to her parents house to see them and get their blessing,they were so ecstatic about the news, Nancy's mom kept on dancing and singing,we ate to our fill and I was treated like a king.it was a blessed day for us.We got their blessing and advice like a buy one and get one free(1+1).
The next day we decided to go see my people also in the same city.On reaching,my family welcomed us warmly and gave us their approval,few minutes later,my mom demanded that my wife to be go make lunch for the family,at first I wasn't cool with it because we have a house help,so why her.My mom explained that it's a necessity to test how good she can take care of me and insisted my fiance cook my favorite food(rice and chicken),but to our surprise,my fiance blantly refuse,I was so furious,how can she disrespect my mom like that,so I insisted that she must prepare the food if not the wedding will not hold but to my greatest surprise,she gave me back my ring saying "when you came to my house,you were treated like a king whether you worth it or not,but here I am in your house and you want to treat me like a maid irrespective of my worth"she went further to say that she cooks very well which I know of but will not since it came as a condition attach inorder to get married to me.
