NASARAWA LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL CHAIRMAN SIGNS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SHABIZAAS AND AL-BIRR TABLE WATER PRODUCERS

Nasarawa Local Government Council Chairman, Hon. Mohammed Sani Otto (Dan-Amanan Nasarawa and Barayan Udege) has today, signed Memorandum of Understanding with Shabizaas Table Water and Al-Birr Table Water Producers.

The producers have agreed to the terms set by the Council, among which is to dispose table water at affordable price, as against the current price being sold by members of Association of Table Water Producers.

The Council Chairmen finds this necessary in order to break the jinx of monopoly thereby cushion hardship faced by the people. He believes this will naturally leave those selling at exhorbitant rate with no option other than to join the train or run out of business.

Adding that his administration is poised to open business opportunities for citizens and in so doing, create direct and indirect jobs, reduce unemployment and grow Nasarawa Local Government Area economy, he called on potential investors to make the Area their home, ensuring that conducive environment has been created for them.

ARA WARD 1 RESOLVE TO VOTE FOR THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS

Stakeholders and Officials of the ruling All Progressives Congress have stormed Ara, engaged electorates on the October 6 Councils elections and received assurances from the electorates of their mandate.

Speaking for the Party, its State Welfare Secretary, Hon. Isiah K. Agah reassured the people of APC's firm position for continuous infrastructural development, security and welfare of the people. Appreciating His Excellency, Governor Abdullahi A. Sule for the ongoing Road construction in Ara, his intervention during the last fllood in Ara and other areas too numerous to mention.

Adding that the last administration of Hon. Mohammed Sani Otto now APC's Chairmanship flagbearer has made landmark achievements in Ara and beyond. Mentioning the Nasarawa - Ara Bridge, his response to emergencies, healthcare delivery services, empowerment and lots more are few reasons he should be voted for the second time along with his running mate, their son, the Santalin Ara, Hon. Idris Gomna.

Hon. Idris B. Hussani, the All Progressives Congress Councillorship flagbearer received warm ovation and assurance of mandate by the people. Noting his humble, generous and responsive demeanor, the people of Ara congratulated him in advance.

Prominent personalities spoke well of the Dan-Amanan Nasarawa, Santalin Ara, Idris B. Hussani and the All Progressives Congress. The Ward has since resolved to vote for the All Progressives Congress as confirmed by the mamoth crowd.

The All Progressives Congress Campaign Council for Nasarawa Local Government Chairmanship and Councillorship Elections regret to announce the postponement of her Campaign Rally earlier scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, 30th September 2021 to Saturday, 2nd Octobe2021.

The Campaign Council deeply regret any inconveniences this decision, which has become necessary will cause her dignified invited guests.
