WHY WE SUPPORT ALH. BABAKURA SHETTIMA FOR SENATE BORNO CENTRAL
We have had the opportunity to observe and evaluate the perspectives and Backgrounds of the various candidates in the upcoming Senatorial elections in Borno Central. Alh. Babakura Shettima’s honest, pragmatic, and hopeful insight into our community's problems and needs, and his willingness to examine the issues and listen closely to the public's concerns, sets him far apart from the other candidates', and so we are expressing our support for his candidature and campaign and it is our intention both to vote for him in the upcoming elections and to mobilize enough support for electing him as Senator representing Borno Central under the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC ) for quality representation to improve the economy, lives and standard of living for all the peoples in Borno state.
We believe with a strong presence like Alh. Babakura Shettima, the existing weaknesses we currently find in the Senate will cease to exist. Alh. Babakura Shettima is a leader that has the interest of the state at heart. His impressive achievements as KSM campaign Director have indeed attributed to the high level of admiration and respect endowed on him by all the people of the state. It has positioned him to be the best choice for this esteemed position.
