They Executive Governor of Borno State, His Excellency, Senator -Elect Distinguished Kashim Shettima is unecovocably a master strategist, a tactical and dogged politican, an accomplished banker, a resourceful mobilizer of men and materials, an emancipator of the weak and the downtrodden and a man of many colours. He endeared his mighty image and personage to all manner of various demography and psychography. His empathy and emotional manifestations betray the God given wit and tenacity inbuilt in his phisiology. It is crystal clear that Gov. Kashim so loves Borno people to have searched carefully for a man of destiny in Prof. ZULUM , his trust worthy Alma mater and gave him to us in a consensus researched basis. Prof. ZULUM will surely consolidate on the monumental developments, of Gov. Kashim which cuts across education, agriculture, health care delivery, human capacity development, industrial revolution, civil service rejuvination, poverty reduction, local and foreign policy thrusts, women empowerment, reconciliation, rehabilitation, reconstruction, media friendliness, respect for the traditional and religious institutions, to mention, but just a few.
As a scholar and media specialist, I am intellectually compelled to assuage the moral burden on me to put it on record thatt what this young prosperous son of Borno, coming from a humble background, is the best thing that has happened to contemopary Borno. I'm not mincing words that the mirage of practicly visible contributions to his state and country can only be quantifiably documented for posterity to bear witness in the very near future.
To Chiroma Usman, one of His Excellency's mentees and other credible members of our Election Situation Room at CSDP Headquarters here in Maiduguri, we thank you most abundantly.
