🚨 AMG VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION DECLARES TOTAL LOYALTY TO ALHAJI MUSTAPHA GUBIO , DONATES CASH SUPPORT AND UNVEILS STATEWIDE GRASSROOTS STRUCTURE

In a historic demonstration of loyalty, sacrifice, and grassroots commitment, the leadership and members of AMG Voluntary Organisation (AMGVO) paid a courtesy visit to the APC Governorship Candidate, Alhaji Mustapha Gubio, at Government Lodge 7 on Wednesday, 3rd June 2026.
The delegation was led by the State Coordinator, Babukar Kolo, BMLS, accompanied by the Deputy State Coordinator, Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Lawan, Secretary Ahmad Muhammad Aima, Treasurer Kalli Umar Zannah, Public Relations Officer Lawan Mustapha KK, and other dedicated members of the organisation.
During the visit, the leadership congratulated Alhaji Mustapha Gubio on his emergence as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for His divine guidance. The organisation also extended appreciation to His Excellency Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum and His Excellency Vice President Kashim Shettima for their leadership, support, and contributions to the progress of Borno State.
Introducing the organisation, the State Coordinator explained that the movement can be referred to as either AMG Voluntary Organisation (AMGVO) or AMG Volunteers, emphasizing that it is a self-sponsored movement built on sacrifice, commitment, and voluntary service.
He stated that the organisation is neither sponsored nor controlled by any individual or group but is driven by members who willingly dedicate their time, resources, and energy toward the success of the cause.
«“We are sons of nobody, but determined to become somebody through hard work, loyalty, and service to our people. Every member who joins this organisation understands that it is founded on volunteerism, commitment, and sacrifice.”»
He further noted that AMGVO possesses a comprehensive and well-structured leadership system extending from the State Executive level down to the Polling Units, ensuring effective grassroots mobilisation and visibility across every ward and community in the state.
Reaffirming the movement's commitment, he declared that AMG Voluntary Organisation is fully dedicated to supporting the aspiration of Alhaji Mustapha Gubio from this moment until the successful completion of his expected tenure in office. He further disclosed that, by the grace of Allah, the organisation intends to transform into a charitable and humanitarian platform after achieving its political objectives.
In what many described as an exceptional demonstration of commitment, the organisation presented an ultra-standard portrait of the candidate and donated a cash support token of ₦100,000 towards campaign activities.
In addition to the cash support, the organisation formally presented the portrait as a symbol of solidarity, loyalty, and commitment to promoting the candidature of Alhaji Mustapha Gubio across the state. The gesture further demonstrated AMGVO's determination to contribute meaningfully to the success of the APC and the emergence of Alhaji Mustapha Gubio as the next Governor of Borno State.
While presenting the donation, the leadership remarked:

The organisation also announced plans to provide two fully customised campaign vehicles when the official campaign period begins. The vehicles will be formally presented to Alhaji Mustapha Gubio for unveiling as part of AMGVO's contribution toward strengthening grassroots mobilisation across the state.
Responding, Alhaji Mustapha Gubio expressed delight and appreciation for the organisation's discipline, structure, vision, and voluntary spirit.
He commended the leadership and members for their exceptional sacrifice, financial contribution, and commitment to the cause, assuring them that their efforts have been recognised and will never be taken for granted.
He advised members to remain united, patient, disciplined, and committed to serving the people. He emphasized that lasting success can only be achieved through teamwork, sincerity, respect for one another, and continuous engagement with the grassroots.
The visit further strengthened the relationship between Alhaji Mustapha Gubio and AMG Voluntary Organisation while reinforcing the organisation's resolve to continue grassroots mobilisation, voter engagement, and voluntary service in support of the APC's vision for a greater and more prosperous Borno State.
The meeting concluded with prayers, renewed commitment, and a collective resolve to work tirelessly towards the success of the APC and the realization of a greater and more prosperous Borno State under the leadership of Alhaji Mustapha Gubio.
