Executive Chairman of Ngala Local Government Council, Hon. Mala Tijjani Ngala, FMM received Commissioner for ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Engr. Lawan Abba Wakilbe, who assessed the schools activities in Ngala LGA.

During the visit, Honourable Commissioner commissioned the re-established Comprehensive Secondary School, Ngala, a fully furnished 20-classroom block equipped with science laboratories and ICT facilities.

The Commissioner interacted with teachers and students, while PC computers, digital tablets, books, dignity kits and other learning materials. He highlighted the government's commitment to bringing the divide in education. Students expressed excitement about accessing these resources, boosting their learning experience.

Engr. Wakilbe also inspected ongoing construction of teachers quaters, the project initiated by Council Chairman of Ngala LGA, Hon. Mala Tijjani Ngala, to improve living conditions for teachers. The Commissioner was impressed with the project.

APC Conducts Congress Successfully in Ngala

The Executive Chairman of Ngala Local Government Council, Hon. Mala Tijjani Ngala, FMM, witnessed the successful conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Party ward congress and local government.

Newly elected ward executives and local government executives, officials affirmed by consensus. The excercise led by committee chairman, Hon. Makinta Zarami, followed party guidelines and democratic principles.

The congress was monitored by an Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) representative, adding to the credibility of the exercise.

Ngala Chairman, Mala Tijjani Ngala, praised the committee for their dedication and professionalism in conducting a credible exercise. He congratulated newly affirmed ward and local government executives, urging unity, teamwork, and commitment to securing party victories. He also emphasized the importance of grassroots engagement and mobilisation for upcoming elections

Mala Tijjani Ngala Inspects Gamboru Dispensary Clinic

The Executive Chairman of Ngala Local Government Council, Hon. Mala Tijjani Ngala, FMM has conducted an Inspection tour of Dispensary Clinic in Gamboru Ngala Town.

During the visit, he inspected departments and noted challenges facing the clinic, including some equipment shortages. He assured them of solutions to their needs. promising to escalate the issues to relevant authorities.

Chairman also commended the effort of the staff and emphasized the need for improved healthcare services, highlighting the important of the clinic to the community.

Meanwhile, he inspected the newly constructed staffs quarters constructed by IMPACT.

Council Chairman, Mala Tijjani Ngala was received by the Director of Primary Healthcare of Ngala Local Government Area, who briefed on the clinic's activities and challenges.

Mala Tijjani Ngala take over affairs of Ngala Local Government Council, Unveils Development Priorities.
..Appoints Babagana Bulama as Chief of Staff.

The newly elected Chairman of Ngala Local Government Area, Hon. Mala Tijjani Ngala, has officially assumed office following his recent swearing-in ceremony.

Speaking shortly after taking over the affairs of the council from the immediate past chairman, Hon. Umar Muhammad, Mala Tijjani Ngala outlined key priority areas his administration will focus on.

These include education, security, healthcare, agriculture, and other critical sectors aimed at improving the overall welfare of the people of Ngala Local Government Area.

The Chairman reaffirmed his commitment to transparent, inclusive, and people-centered governance, stressing that his administration will work closely with traditional institutions, security agencies, and relevant stakeholders to promote peace, stability, and sustainable development across the council area.

As part of his first administrative decisions, Hon Mala Tijjani Ngala approved the appointment of Hon. Babagana Bulama (elder) as Chief of Staff, and also approved the appointment of Director General of Media, whose name will be officially announced in due course.

The Chairman called on residents of Ngala Local Government Area to give their full support and cooperation to his administration as it embarks on the task of delivering responsive governance and meaningful grassroots development.

He expressed his gratitude to the Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum for support and trust on him.
