checked on it to be sure..
How come it’s not here anymore??
‘Princess Kyra you were saying??’..Khalid said and i
adjusted my posture by straightening my hair…
‘Well it’s..it’s..it’s not here I presume so we should go
check the remaining rooms’…I replied…
Everyone left the room and before we could reach the
next room Lai screamed out of nowhere….
‘Dad your ring was in the treasury all along!!!’…
What?!!..
That’s not possible!
‘Oh thank Goodness,you see Kyra?,you were just over
reacting over a little matter so now can we all go
now?!!’..Khalid said..
They all left and Arnold glared at me angrily..
‘You had one thing to do Kyra and you failed,how did
the ring get out anyway!!?’..He asked me and I
frowned..
‘How would I know that Arnold?!,you know I always
carry out my plans carefully so next time think twice

Lai and i laughed as he mimicked Kyra’s reaction of
the earlier event…
‘I’m sure she’ll be wondering how the ring got back
not knowing that I did it’..He said and i laughed…
Lai came to me yesterday and talked about how he
heard Kyra’s and Arnold’s plan to frame Madison for
an heinous crime..
I’m just so glad he was back in time to save the day if
not I wouldn’t have known what to do next. .

I walked back to my room only to see Madison crying
over a calendar…
What is going on with her now?!..
‘What’s wrong Madison,what is wrong with you this
TIME??’..I asked as I sat by the side of the bed and

five and I’m not even married!!!’..She screamed
blowing her nose and I furrowed my brows..

said..

even have feelings or anything,why are you always so

idiot PK’..she fired back and stomped out of the
room…

I’ve been so cold and rude towards her and the least i
could do is get her a birthday present or throw a party
for her..

‘Good morning’..i heard Madison say as I opened my
eyes..
‘Ahhhh!!!’..i screamed when i realized that her face
was close to mine…
She sneered back at me and tapped her foot on the
floor without saying a word…
‘Huh what are you doing?’..i asked and she scoffed..
‘For crying out loud Khalid you know that today’s my
birthday,shouldn’t I get a wish or something??’..She
said and I smirked..
She doesn’t really know what’s going on in my head
does she???..
‘Look Madison I’m not a fan of birthdays so don’t
disturb me or wake me up from my slumber just
because of your birthday okay?!!’…

He did not just say that to me?!!..

That he doesn’t care about my birthday,he doesn’t
care about me or anything?!..
I don’t even like him so why do I feel so hurt by his
words..
Being in this palace with no one to care about my
birthday is kind of very painful to me..
Back home I normally wake up to the shouts of my
neighbors and siblings all wishing me a happy

There would be a very big chocolate cake and I would
blow on the candles making a wish…
But now it isn’t the same anymore…

left immediately..

My teeth was gritting
My eyes were so red with fury…
My hands were clenched and to God help me if she
was a man i would have given her a slap by now…
‘Go to your room Madison’..I managed to say even
with the anger in me..
‘Khalid I’m sorry’..she said with tears In her eyes and I
groaned…
‘Madison just get to your room,I don’t want to talk to
you and if you don’t want me to slap you just leave
my presence at once!!,I’ve never hit a woman before

room..

to help Shelton ” she said.
A teacher walked into the class interrupting their
conversation.
Michael winked at Selene and she smiled winking
back at him.
” Hey Susie ” Jenny called.
Susie ignored her completely, since that incident she
has being doing all she can to avoid them especially
Jenny.
” I am talking to you b*h ” Jenny said almost yelling.
” Ion have your time ” She replied and moved to
another sit.
” She is growing wings ” Jenny said.

Two days later **
Shelton watched in his car hoping to see James again,
he has come to the same place he saw him some
days back, he is almost giving up all hope of seeing

The door click and Naomi expected no one but James

He held him and threw him roughly, unfortunately he
fell near a knlfe, he smiled and stylishly took the knlfe.
Unknowingly Shelton rushed towards him, aiming to
punch him but he swiftly drive the knlfe into his belly,
$tabbing him .

Susie groaned feeling less pain in her head,, she
sighed as she turned sleepily on the bed.
” Good morning Susie , you are awake ? ” The voice
made her open her eyes and she was shocked to find
herself in Victor’s room.
He was sitting on the sofa starring at her.
She tried sitting up, Victor walked to the bed and
helped her up.
” How did I get here ? ” She asked.
” You were drunk yesterday ” He replied.
” Ohh,, Were you in that bar too ? ” She asked.
” No ” He said.
” Then how did you found me ? ” She asked.
” Jake found you ” He replied and Susie looked at him
questioningly with an expression which means * WHO
IS JAKE ? He understood that look and quickly clear
her doubt.

” Okay,, Thanks to you both, I need to go ” She said
getting down.
” Wait,, are you Angry at me ? ” He asked.

It feels like an eternity later when Edward finally enters
my bedroom. He staggers over to my bedside and kisses
my forehead. Blood is dripping from his neck and fingers.
"How are you doing, my love?"
"You're covered in blood." I gasp. "Where were you? You
didn't...."
"No," he clenches his fist, "that bastard escaped." He
starts to walk back towards the door. "Don't worry, I'll get
him."
"Edward, don't! Just stay with me," I beg through tears.
"I have to," he whispers before heading out the door.
I'm not sure how I have the strength, but I push myself off
the bed and stumble after him. I see William tending to a
heavily wounded Calchantis on the stairs. "We have to get
going," he's saying.
"You're not going anywhere," Edward growls as he
approaches them.
"Stop!" I cry after him.
"Natalie ? What are you doing?" He stares at me in shock.
"Please don't do this," I beg.
He ignores my and aims his sword at William. "Move.
Now. Or else..."
"I would die for Catherine." William stands his ground.
"So would I, for my queen. And I would gladly kill as e."
I'm kneeling on the ground in pain as they start fighting.
To my horror, Willliam is soon lying motionless on the
ground. A wave of contractions hit me hard and I am left
gasping on the cold, hard ground.
My ladies and wet nurses rush to my side. They're patting
my back and stroking my hair. "You need to push now,
Catherine, push," they urge me.
I start to push, and I can no longer focus on Edward's
fight with Calchantis. A terrible pain is ripping my body
apart and stars are dancing across my vision. The clash
of swords ring through my ears...

Our child's cry is unlike any sound I have ever heard
before. It is like sunshine, pure and bright.
My ladies pass her into my arms. She is a pale, bloody,
little thing. "Edward," I try to sit up, "come."
"I'm here," he kneels down next to me and takes our
daughter into his arms, "our little princess."
"Edward..." I stare at him in shock, "I'm still here."
"It was the true," he kisses my cheek. "The story was
true."
I glance over at the two corpses by the stairs. "Edward..."
"I love you, Natalie."
A sudden wave of intense dizziness hits me and the
world goes dark.The first thing I see when I open my eyes is my
mother's concerned face.
"Natalie?" She shakes my arm, "are you alright?"
"Mom?" I whisper, my throat feels papery dry and my
body is still aching.
"You fainted,"she tells me, "are you feeling better?"
I stare out the window at the familiar street outside. I
can't believe I'm home. Edward's all alone now. And what
will happen to our child?
A young man strolls past our garden with his hands in
his pockets. I gasp, and before I realize it, I am sprinting
down the stairs and out the door into the garden.
"Edward!" I yell.
Apart from the hoodie and jeans, he looks exactly the
same as he did seconds ago. The same hair I used to run
my fingers through. The same lips I have kissed countless
times before. The same eyes that can send my heart
racing with one stare.
He keeps walking. I bolt to his side and grab his arm.
"Is it really you?" I cry out, latching onto his arm
desperately.
He spins around to face me, looking confused. "Do I
know you?"The last page of the old book that Edward's father gave
to him ( This last page was torn out)
Our story ends and starts in the year 1346. There was a
man who loved his wife more than anything. When his wife
was infected with the Black Plague, the man searched
desperately for a method to save her.
Their village had a great treasure, a blood diamond. It
was small, the size of a pebble, but the color was intense.
The elders said that it was a cursed stone and kept it
locked away in the church. Legend says that spilling the
blood of a seer on the blood diamond and ingesting it can
heal all diseases.
One night, the man broke into the church and stole the
stone. He slit the throat of a seer and soaked the diamond
with blood. His wife was healed almost instantly after
eating the blood diamond. However, the following day, she
was replaced by a woman who looked the same but had
different memories.
The woman said that she had time travelled.
It was the start of the curse.
The two lovers were eternally cursed to find and lose
each other through space and time. Time and time again,
the lovers are reborn and find each other.
Each time, the man will be tempted to kill the seer, and if he
does, the cycle will repeat itself.
The only way to break the cycle is for there to be no
bloodshed.
