You were the Chairman of the Local Government and yet stood by 2 of your employees with all you have to make us do a great thing. With Almighty Allah and your staunch belief in our ability (Olofin and I) we are today Oba in our different jurisdictions.

Yeye Oba Onilashe ma. I am well pleased to join our mutual family members, colleagues, friends, associates and other well wishers to felicitate with you on this occasion of your Y2026 birthday anniversary. Your indelible records are testimonies of your leadership qualities and we fervently pray for a bigger opportunity in your political career and in your everyday life.

Yeye Oba, you are a glowing and shining star of the family and of both kingdoms of Iru and Ilashe. You are our big pride to the outside world. We are all proud to be identified with all your past laudable accomplishments and we are praying for more accomplishments because we know you are very capable and fit for bigger responsibilities.

Onilashe of Ilashe Kingdom Felicitates Nigerians on Ìṣẹ̀ṣe Day

His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulhakeem Olatunde Adeyimika Abisogun, the Onilashe of Ilashe Kingdom & Sea Beach, has extended his goodwill message to the people of Ilashe Kingdom and Nigerians at large on the occasion of Ìṣẹ̀ṣe Day.

The monarch described the celebration as a time to reflect on the values of peace, unity, and cultural preservation. In his words: “Ìṣẹ̀ṣe l’agba, tí a bá fi ọwọ́ bọ́, yóò dá wa l’ọlá,” meaning “Tradition is the elder; when we honour it, it brings us honour.”

He urged all adherents and citizens to uphold the dignity of tradition while fostering harmony, tolerance, and mutual respect within society. Oba Abisogun further prayed for continuous prosperity, progress, and spiritual guidance for the kingdom and the nation.

It's already half a decade, how time flies!

Today is a great day in Iru Kingdom, Ilashe Kingdom, Ojora Kingdom, Isale Eko as well as in the entire Lagos State and Nigeria in general. It's the exact day that the 15th Oniru, my affectionate Royal Father, Alayeluwa Oba Abdulwasiu Omogbolahan Lawal Oniru, CON (Abisogun II) was crowned.

It's a great honour and privilege for me to felicitate with my Royal Father on this special occasion. It has been so awesome having such an altruistic leader as our Monarch in Iru Kingdom at this time. Here is an Oba that has single-handedly facilitated several laudable projects in Iru Kingdom within a span of just 5 years.
