Government holds the policy. Business brings the capital, innovation, and ex*****on.

The real opportunity lies in bringing both sides to the same table.

That is the essence of the NBCC Meet the Governor Series, a high-level platform designed to move beyond formal introductions and create meaningful conversations between State Governments, businesses, investors, and the wider private sector.

This edition brings that conversation to Abia State, with His Excellency, the Governor of Abia State, providing a unique opportunity for businesses to gain direct insight into the State’s economic priorities, investment agenda and vision for sustainable growth.

September is here — and with it comes another opportunity to connect, grow and move forward. 🇳🇬🇬🇧

There’s something refreshing about a new month. It reminds us that every new beginning comes with fresh possibilities — new conversations to have, partnerships to build, ideas to explore, and bold steps to take.

At NBCC, September is already shaping up to be a month of meaningful conversations and opportunities.

On September 10, we bring together leaders and businesses for the NBCC Meet the Governor Series, engaging His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, Executive Governor of Abia State, on the opportunities shaping the state’s economic future.

On September 17, we launch the maiden NBCC Power Summit, bringing together key voices to explore how investment, innovation and collaboration can help power Nigeria’s economic transformation.

And on September 29, we turn our attention to agriculture at the NBCC Advocacy Roundtable, examining ways to unlock Nigeria’s agricultural supply chain and strengthen domestic production.

Three conversations. Three opportunities. One shared goal — creating the connections and partnerships that move business and Nigeria forward.

Whatever September holds for you, may it bring fresh opportunities, meaningful connections, good news, and reasons to be proud of how far you’ve come.

Welcome to September. Let’s make it count.

Happy New Month from all of us at NBCC. 🇳🇬🇬🇧
