From this INEC Nigeria's position emanates my question:
Who then meet the constitutional requirements among the top 3 contestants?
1. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu didn't get 25% votes in Abuja as required by the constitution.
2. Like Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Peter Obi too didn't get the highest number of votes and the two 3rd 25% votes in 25 states as required by the constitution.
If non of them meet the constitutional requirements, that means it is unconstitutional for INEC to have declared one of them the winner.
Therefore, I hereby urge that this immediate past Presidential Election be declared INCONCLUSIVE, as it is now obvious that non of the top 3 runners meet the constitutional requirements.
A new date should be set for re-run.
