Somolu 10th Legislative Council Felicitates with Muslim Ummah on the Occasion of the Day of Arafah and Preparation for Eid al-Adha

The Leader and Members of the Somolu 10th Legislative Council heartily felicitate with the Muslim faithful across Somolu Federal Constituency and beyond on the sacred occasion of the Day of Arafah, as well as the forthcoming celebration of Eid al-Adha.

The Day of Arafah remains one of the most significant days in Islam, symbolizing devotion, sacrifice, repentance, mercy, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. As Muslim faithful across the world gather in prayers and reflection, we urge all residents to embrace the virtues of peace, love, tolerance, unity, and compassion which this holy season represents.

As we prepare for Eid al-Adha, may the spirit of sacrifice and obedience exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS) continue to inspire us towards selflessness, service to humanity, and peaceful coexistence within our communities.

We also pray that Almighty Allah accepts the prayers, fasting, and supplications of all Muslim faithful, grants safe pilgrimage to those observing Hajj, and blesses our dear nation, Nigeria, with lasting peace, progress, and prosperity.
