Lagos State continues to champion innovation and digital transformation across the African continent.

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Honourable Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology, Mr. Olatunbosun Alake , alongside other dignitaries and stakeholders, were present at the historic flag-off of Kasi Cloud’s kasicloud LOS1 data centre in Lekki, Lagos.

This AI-ready, hyperscale facility is designed to strengthen Nigeria’s sovereign digital infrastructure, reduce dependence on foreign cloud services, and position Lagos as the strategic digital gateway for the entire continent — fully aligned with Nigeria’s National Cloud Policy 2025.

The Lagos State Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology remains committed to building the infrastructure that powers Africa’s tomorrow.
