deep reflection of myself
Reading books has been a very good sleeping pills for me . l was never a night person , once the sun went down, my brain also shut down , l told myself l was solar powered, some of my friends would stay up all night to study , l couldn't do that to safe my life, everybody thought l was lying , l tried it once , it turned out to be a serious waste of time and energy, l couldn't even go though a chapter but l fall asleep , the next day l spent half of my day sleepingwalking, and waking up with a terrible headache.since l realized this, l tried to study as hard as l could during the day and free myself up for a good sleep during the night. I once read something that God created the day do we could work , and the night so we could rest . God probably had me in mind .
