*HON AJALA CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY IN LOW-KEY, DONATES OPERATIONAL VEHICLES TO STAKEHOLDERS.*
Executive Chairman Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA Hon Rasaq Olusola Ajala today celebrated his birthday in lowkey at the council's premises.
He used the occasion to donate Ambulance to the health department and Operational Vehicles to Stakeholders in the LCDA.
Addressing the gathering today, Hon. Ajala thanked God for sparing his life till todday.
He thanked everyone that came to rejoice with him despite the Covid-19 pandemic that is ravaging the country presently.
He said; "It is important to celebrate his birthday in a low-key as a result of Covid-19 which demands that there should be social distance."
Earlier, Aides of the chairman went round different wards in the LCDA to give out a token to individuals who are at the lowest ladder in the community.
On the Operational Vehicles, He said the buses donated to various stakeholders is to assist them in moving around with comfort within and outside the local council development area.
He said the Ambulance will assist the health department in carrying out their work with ease.
He called on the beneficiaries to use the vehicles judiciously.
Among the beneficiaries were Association of Market Men and Women, Association of Chief Imams, Imams and Alfas in the LCDA, Christian Association of Nigeria, Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA branch, Community Development Committee, Chieftaincy and Ambulance for the health department.
The Beneficiaries were full of praises for Hon Ajala.The head of the market, "Iyaloja" General, Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA, Alhaja Mufuliat Olubunmi thanked the chairman for the kind gesture. She promised that the bus would be judiciously used.
Chairman, Community Development Committee (CDC) Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA, Otunba Adekunle Adebayo(JP) thanked the Chairman for the bus. He said it will go a long way to ease the movement of the association within and outside the LCDA. He prayed for long life and prosperity for the council Boss, the entire Cabinet and people of the local council development area in general.
