*AN APC TOWNHALL MEETING OF UMUCHIME OGUME DELTA STATE HELD ON THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2022*

The Delta State APC family of WARD-7 UMUCHIME OGUME in Ndokwa West LGA held the town hall meeting with the following agenda's,

1. A concensus agreement to deliver the APC at all levels of the coming elections summarily referred to as the (5/5) agreement.

2. To reach a resolution on the deplorable state of the UMUCHIME Ogume road awarded to CROSS STAR CONSTRUCTION LTD by the NDDC.

The meeting had in attendance, all Ward 7 Excos and Chieftains and was presided over by the party Leader and formal Ndokwa West House of Assembly candidate of the APC, *Hon. FRIDAY EBINUM*.

With regards the above agendas, the communiqué from the meeting are as follows;

1. Following an opening speech by *Hon. Friday EBINUM*, on the need to put aside grievances and work in love to deliver the party at all levels of the coming elections, the house unanimously agreed to give their support in all capacity to deliver by ensuring APC gets 5/5 victory in Ward 7 as follows by voting;

*Chief Valentine Oyemike* for the House of Assembly position,

*Chief Johnson Ossai Opone* for the Federal house of representative position,

*Senator Peter Nwaoboshi* for the senate position.

*Senator Ovie Omo-Agege* and *Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi* for the Governorship position,

*Asiwaju Bola Tinubu* and *Kashim Shettima* for the Presidency and Vice presidency position respectively.

2. On the deplorable state of the UMUCHIME road awarded to CROSS STAR CONSTRUCTION LTD, a motion was moved by *MR. OMOSOR SYLVESTER* and supported by ward Vice chairman *MR. ATUMA FESTUS* and *MRS. OZUMU GRACE* to call on all that is concerned especially, *Senator Peter Nwaoboshi* the chairman of the Senate Committee on Niger Delta and the NDDC office to therefore call on the contractor of the said job to resume work on the road immediately so as not to hamper the success of the party in the coming elections and in the chants of the people, *''NO ROAD, NO ELECTION''*

Conclusively, Hon. Friday Ebinum encouraged the people to create Campaign groups that will ensure mass publicity of the party and the victory of its candidates at the polls come 2023.

CONSULTATION VISIT OF CHIEF VALENTINE OYEMIKE TO OCHEI/FRIDAY VANGUARD OF APC NDOKWA WEST LGA, AT HON. FRIDAY EBINUM'S RESIDENCE.

Today the 4th day of May, 2022, the campaign train of Chief Valentine Oyemike paid a consultative visit to Ochei/Friday Vanguard with regards the Ndokwa West Constituency ticket for the Delta State House of Assembly.

Chief VALENTINE OYEMIKE in the course of discussion, emphasized on the need for a stronger and united APC family regardless of existed differences as that alone will trigger the driving force that is needed to unseat the opposition party which has been in power since Democracy at the state and local government level.

Hon. Ndego Joachim a key leader of the APC from ward 3 Ndemili, hinted on the need for integration if the harmonization must take effect as a better synergy between both structures will create the formidable force needed to unseat the current government of the Ndokwa West LGA and the entire state at large.

Hon. FRIDAY EBINUM stressing on integration emphasized on the need for the Ndokwa West Ochei camp to be enlisted into the helm of affairs at all levels of the Ndokwa West APC structure in order to build a formidable party.

He however appealed to his camp to be calm, patient and be fully supportive to the candidature of Chief Valentine Oyemike for the House of Assembly ticket by voting him and other APC candidates in the forthcoming elections to ensure that the party is delivered at all levels. More so, he stated that integration is in progress and members of his camp will be fully carried along.

Conclusively, Chief Valentine Oyemike thanked Hon. Friday Ebinum for been able to gather major exco members and leaders from all ward of the local government area at a short notice. He also thanked the people for making themselves available irrespective of their different engagements to honour his invitation.

THE MEETING OF THE NDOKWA WEST APC LEADERS AND STAKEHOLDERS AT CHIEF JONATHAN IJEDE'S RESIDENCE OF UMUSADEGE-OGBE TODAY 22ND OF APRIL, 2022.

The meeting had in attendance the Chairman,Secretary, woman leader, stakeholders, and leaders from Ward 1-10 of the Ndokwa West LGA, including excos from the college of leaders faction of the APC

The Communiqué of the meeting as discussed were,

1. Challenges faced by the party at the different ward levels.

2. Briefing by the party chairman Hon. Friday Ebinum on his visit to our principal, Rt. HON. VICTOR OCHEI in the previous work.

3. A Consensus choice of candidate within our camp that is popular and one that can contest and win election convincingly against opposition parties.

On consensus candidate, A leveled playing ground was provided for everyone interested in the position to come up freely without fear.

The people while reacting to the request for a consensus candidate made a clarion call for Hon. Friday Ebinum to contest owing to his leadership pedigree and labour of sacrifice over the years.

The candidates as presented included;

1. Mr. Otuya Chuks Tito

2. Mr. Maxwell Chukwuma Enuma

3. Hon. Friday Ebinum

The consensus was reached within the camp of the council of leaders in Ndokwa West LGA with Hon. Friday Ebinum emerging as the consensus candidate to face other aspirants in the party.

Hon. Friday Ebinum, while accepting this clarion call to contest thanked the house for their trust and support, he further promised not to let down the people. In his words ''WE ARE NOT AFRAID OF ELECTIONS, IF THE HOUSE WISHES ME TO RUN FOR THE POSITION OF THE DTHA, I WILL OBLIGE AND GET IN THE RACE''

FRIDAY EBINUM on behalf of the entire Ndokwa West Local Government Area APC wishes to commiserate with our Leader, The Honourable minister of state for Labour and employment, HON. FESTUS KEYAMO and the entire Keyamo family on the demise of their father, Pa Matthias Keyamo.

According to reports, Pa MATTHIAS KEYAMO peacefully passed on at age 83 on Saturday march 5th, 2022.

To this end, our thoughts and prayers therefore, goes to the Honourable minister and his loved ones as we hope your entire family is able to find peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Rt. Hon. ROTIMI C. AMAECHI is no new name in the Nigerian political enclave having held the following offices;

1. Two times speaker of the Rivers state house of Assembly from 1999-2007.

2. Two times Governor of RIVER'S State from 2007-2015

3. Two times Director general of President Buharis Presidential Campaign in 2015 & 2019 respectively.

4. Two times Minister of Transportation in the cabinet of President Muhammadu Buhari

With laudable achievements in all of the listed offices, ranging from changing the status of Nigeria's transportation sector by ensuring safe, efficient, affordable and seamless multimodal transport system in line with global best practices for Nigerians especially through the construction and rehabilitation of railways thereby building bridges of Unity across the country

Little wonder the South South leaders in 2021 commended his achievements stating that ''Amaechi belongs to a rare breed of high achievers. It is either the best or nothing’’

Rt. Hon. ROTIMI AMAECHI born on the 27th of May, 1965 (56years) is a very young, true Christian and a bright shining icon, one of the few turn around managers in the country, who has so far conceived and articulated policies that have stood the test of time. He's the one true leader Nigerians must clamour for at this point in time in the history of our Democracy. Therefore, we the APC family of Ndokwa West, Delta North and all who mean well for the greater good of our country Nigeria regardless of Region, Religion, and party affiliation are right now calling on Rt. HON. ROTIMI AMAECHI to run for the office of the presidency.

APC NDOKWA WEST GRASSROOT REUNION MEETING AT WARD 3, NDEMILI.

It was a celebration galore for APC Ndokwa West as the Local Government Area Party Chairman in the person of Hon. FRIDAY EBINUM yesterday at Ward 3 (Ndemili) received a team of party faithfuls headed by

1. Chief PS OZONUWE and others;

2. Mr. Sunday Odia,

3. Mr. Paul Olise and

4. Mr. Akpati Lucky.

It was an interesting interactive talk session between the received members and the party chairman on ways to override the opposition party in the forthcoming elections, lots of questions were raised and well attended to.

The received members and all present unanimously agreed and pledged their support and loyalty to the Council of Leaders stating that there is no point sitting on the fence anymore with elections fast approaching.

However, the party chairman, Hon. FRIDAY EBINUM emphasized on the need for a unified APC void of the different factions as may be seen today hence, the advocation for a genuine reconciliation and harmonization of all factions of the party which must first begin at the top and down to the grassroots so as to have a stronger APC as that is the only prerequisite to winning the elections.

In conclusion, the people thanked the leaders for their strong efforts to see to reconciliation of all factions nation wide and within the states.

Rt. Hon. VICTOR OCHEI (Formal Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly and ED NIMASA) was also praised for his continual relation and support for the Ndokwa West APC family and the Delta North in general.
