The Executive Chairman, Irepo Local Government, commiserates with our amiable and technocratic governor of Oyo state, Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, the Iba of Kishi, Oba Moshood Oyekola Aweda Lawal, the traditional council, the Muslim Ummah, PDP family( State and Local) and the entire residents of Kishi over the demise of my humble predecessor and senior citizen, Alhaji Hafees Tijani who answered the glorious call yesterday 11-01-2021.
May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannat Fridous.

Your great indelible impacts both in and out of office speaks volumes of your influence and can not be forgotten.
May God give the loved ones the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.

Earlier today, Oyo State Government held a stakeholders' consultative meeting on the 2021 budget at a town hall meeting organized by the Oyo State Ministry of Budget and Economic Plannning headed by the Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Barrister Adeniyi Farinto, at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan, Ibadan.

The Governor in his address made it known that the stakeholders' town hall meeting was put together to discuss the 2021 budget and seek input from the people.

He maintained that the town hall meeting will be held in all the seven geopolitical zones of Oyo State.

The Governor noted that it is important to hear the views of the people on how budgets should be handled, so as to enhance open governance and development.

A man may die but his legacy will continue through his deeds. Today the pain of losing you is difficult to bear because this world needed you for some more years.
