MAITORO PEACE ADVOCACY FOUNDATION ( MPAF).
NASARAWA STATE CHAPTER.
MEETING REPORT HELD ON THE 14TH JANUARY 2023.
* The meeting commenced with opening prayers led by the two religion (Christian and Muslim).
* Welcoming and cheering by Amb. Janet Zhin'ngyemi Monday ( Zonal/ State Coordinator). As all officials present introduced themselves.
As; Comr. Ahmed Abubakar Lagi, ( Vice coordinator wamba LG), Comr. Magdalene Moses ( Secretary wamba LG), Comr. Ayiwulu Solomon Namo ( Nas. Eggon LG Coordinator), Comr. Zeze Muazu ( Lafia LG Vice coordinator) , Comr. Adamu Moh'd Olayi ( Vice coordinator Obi LG), Comr. Oyikiza Mabdulmalik ( secretary Obi LG),
Comr. Aura Godfrey Kogi ( Kona LG coordinator), Comr. Rengon Bulus( Secretary Akwanga LG) Comr. Saseta Ephraim ( Vice State Coordinator ), Amb. Janet Zhin'ngyemi Monday (State Coordinator), Comr. Matthew ( National directory of Program), and Hon. Comr. Newman MAITORO ( National President).
* Welcoming speech by Comr. Matthew, he addressed us to be noble in our conduct and be patient,as the foundation has good aims and objectives to achieve in the future, he urge us to all put the best of our efforts towards the fourth coming event with the TU-E Capital Investment.
* The highlight of the Event was read by the vice state coordinator as;
# #200,000 is expected to be paid for the registration of the program.
# Banners will be designed with the picture of the Ambassador, the name of our foundation in collaboration with TU-E Capital Investment written clearly and bold.
# 40 ushers per day, 20 per session ( Female ushers with a uniform or same dress code).
# Agenda of the event will be clearly Stated and strictly followed, as the national President gives a speech.
# Using a compensate M.C, good sound systems should be noted.
# A vibrate youth should be selected to do a good presentation about the MAPF NGO.
# There will be tight security.
# Person's that have benefited from our NGO will also give a speech of how we affected there lives.
# Refreshment much be made available for every body there present.
# Traditional rulers should be invited, as cultural displays will be done.
# Youths, schools, women, individual present will be done.
# A good media coverage should be involved.
# Time must be allocated for every activities.
# Prayers must be led by the two religion ( Christian and Muslim).
# Sitting arrangements should be done according to LG, categories of skills e.g ( All farmers same roll).
# Publicity will be done using all Media means.

Plumbers.
Mechanics.
Welders and Iron Benders.
Transporters.
Students group.
Building Materials.
Carpenters and Furniture.
Farmers.
Fisheries e.t.c
* Director of Programs spoke on the means of rising finances by.
Designing registration forms to be given to the various LG coordinators to register the people of her communities as members of the MPA Foundation, as the become the sole benefactors of empowerment, each LG will be given 1000 copes as the set target is to reach out to 13,000 members.
* Hon. Comr. Newman Maitoro ( National President) acknowledge the efforts of the Nasarawa State chapter so far, he addressed us of purpose and great advantages of this event as; Scholarship awards will be given, funds will be given to participants, pilgrim offer to Jerusalem and Maikar.
He seriously spoke regards to our ID cards and the delay so far, was because we gave money but send terrible looking picture, he urge us to resend out full and cute picture to the number of the printer that will be dropped later.
And all remittance of the forms money, should be sent directly to Foundation Account.
Every coordinator should ensure that the mobile the registered members to the venue of the event on the days and time allocated to various states as;

The event dated is slated for 9th, 10th, 11th of February 2023, a 3 days program.
We will be having a dinner night with our partners (Guest) on the arrival day 8th of February.
We're expected to be in uniforms or same dress code as they officials of the event.
Invites will be given for various Traditional rulers of LG, our prestigious partners etc.
* The meeting was Adjoined by Comr. Ayiwulu Solomon and was seconded by Comr. Godfrey Auta.
* The State Coordinator led the votes of thanks, followed by a light refreshment and departure.
