TIME TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN LEADER AND FOLLOWER
By Joy Onyi Agbo
As the 2023 general election draws near, the choice of electing leaders from different political parties should be based on character, competency, accessibility, and integrity of the candidates in the race. A lot of views have been expressed by concerned individuals on how to get it right in our leadership space from the national down to the local level, therefore this article seeks to shed more light on the candidacy of Engr. Austin Oleho, Senatorial aspirant of Benue South (Zone C).
In Benue South, the major factor that has made us fall behind in developmental pursuits is giving leadership positions to incompetent hands to pilot our affairs. This anomaly must stop forthwith. New and capable hands must be empowered to manage the affairs of Benue South. In this current dispensation, we need a person who will be the mouthpiece of Benue South, who will bring renewed hope to the people, restore our lost glory, and drive the necessary synergy with all stakeholders that will guarantee our infrastructural development. The only suitable man for this right now is Engr. Austin Oleho who is vying for the post on the ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Benue South has been searching for its ‘Mr. Right’ for years on end. Engr. Austin Oleho has heeded the clarion call to serve the people of Zone C with all the skills, experience and dexterity at his disposal garnered over many years of community interaction, philanthropy, and corporate life.
As a progressive, Engr Oleho has all it takes to lead his people. As a son of the soil born and bred in the community, he has the passion and commitment to get the job done. He is about the only aspirant I know who can bridge the gap between the leader and the followers, and he is ready to hit the ground running on Day 1.
Let us join hands to make Benue SouthBut Senatorial a better place for one and all. Let us support the candidacy of Engr. Austin Oleho.
