The 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II Passing-Out Parade in Kano State was conducted successfully by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), marking the completion of the one-year national service for Corps Members deployed to the state.

The issuance of the Certificate of National Service remains a significant aspect of the Passing-Out exercise, as it serves as an official confirmation of successful participation in the national service programme.

In Kano State, the exercise was carried out smoothly across the four NYSC Zones covering the forty-four Local Government Areas of the state. Corps Members received their certificates in an orderly and peaceful manner from designated service points, making the exercise seamless and hitch-free.

The NYSC Kano State Coordinator, Haj Halima AbdulKarim Abubakar, who was represented by the Assistant Director, Deployment and Relocation, Mr. Fatogun O.J., advised the outgoing Corps Members to take advantage of the current economic realities by maximising the skills acquired through the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme during their service year.

He urged them to uphold the values and lessons learnt throughout the service year, noting that discipline, dedication, and self-reliance would help them succeed in their future endeavours.

Mr. Fatogun also prayed for God’s guidance, protection, long life, and prosperity for all the outgoing Corps Members as they begin a new phase of life.

The ceremony was attended by members of the Management team, the Certificate Monitoring Officer from the NYSC Headquarters, Mr. Aminu Nuhu, as well as other staff members.
