Our attention has been drawn to the misleading propaganda surrounding the recovery of the two Toyota Hilux vehicles earlier allocated to the Kwankwasiyya Scholars’ Assembly by the Governor of Kano State.
For the avoidance of doubt, His Excellency graciously provided the two Hilux vehicles to the Assembly solely to support its official activities and operations. However, following the political realignment of His Excellency with the APC, the faction of the Assembly led by Dr. Mansur chose to remain with the NNPP and the Kwankwasiyya movement.
Subsequently, a new leadership of the Kano State Scholars’ Assembly emerged and aligned with the government. In line with due process and administrative responsibility, the two vehicles were expected to be handed over to the newly recognized leadership of the Assembly. Unfortunately, Dr. Mansur failed to return the vehicles or hand them over through the appropriate channel at the Office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
Consequently, the new Executive Council formally pursued the matter and reported the issue to the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission for necessary intervention. We are pleased to state that the Commission acted professionally and successfully recovered the vehicles from the Kwankwasiyya Scholars’ Assembly secretariat.
We sincerely appreciate the professionalism, fairness, and dutiful handling of the matter by the Commission and its Chairman. We also extend our profound gratitude to the Office of the Secretary to the State Government for its cooperation, support, and commitment toward ensuring accountability and safeguarding the interests of the Kano State Scholars’ Assembly.
Signed:
Dr. Mukhtar Bello Maisudan
President, Kano State Scholars’ Assembly

KANO WOMEN RISE FOR VICTORY: A RESOUNDING CONGRATULATIONS ON APC’S TRIUMPHANT NATIONAL CONVENTION - KSSA

The Office of the Women Affairs Coordinator, Kano State Scholars Assembly, warmly congratulates the leadership and entire membership of our great and largest political party in Africa, the All Progressives Congress, on the successful conduct of its National Convention held at Eagle Square, Abuja.

We particularly extend our profound appreciation and congratulations to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and all critical stakeholders whose dedication ensured the seamless and peaceful ex*****on of this historic exercise.

The orderly conduct of the 8,453 delegates and party faithful drawn from across the 36 states and the FCT was commendable and stands as a testament to the unity, discipline, and strong organizational capacity of our party. This remarkable achievement has once again reinforced confidence in the APC as a formidable political institution.

We also celebrate the emergence of the National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, alongside all members of the National Working Committee (NWC), and pray for divine wisdom, strength, and success as they pilot the affairs of the party towards greater victories.

Furthermore, we proudly and boldly acknowledge the exemplary leadership of the Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf. His proactive efforts, commitment to inclusiveness, and dedication to the welfare of the people ensured that participants from Kano State were well taken care of throughout the Congress, creating an atmosphere where everyone felt at home, safe, and valued. This reflects his people centered leadership and firm commitment to the progress of Kano State.

As the Women Affairs Coordinator, Kano State Scholars Assembly, I reaffirm my commitment to mobilizing women and young ladies across the state through KSSA structures to ensure overwhelming victory for our great party, the APC, at all levels. We will work tirelessly across all the 44 Local Government Areas of Kano State, leaving no space for opposition, as we champion the ideals of good governance, inclusion, and renewed hope.

Guided by our Governor’s visionary principle of “Kano First,” we remain resolute in our mission to strengthen grassroots participation and deliver resounding success for our party.

Insha Allah, come 2027, victory shall be ours from top to bottom.
