Photos from the 2nd Matriculation Ceremony of MINILS degree programme in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management held today, Wednesday, 11th June, 2025.

The Ag. DG, Mr Ezekiel Ayorinde, emphasized that the programme not only offers students the opportunity to contribute meaningfully as future workers, but also aims to produce high quality professionals with a deep understanding of the theories that underpin trade unionism and industrial relations which are essential tools for national development.

The Coordinator of the programme and Director/HOD, Academic and Distance Learning Programme, Dr Sylvanus S. Adamade, described the event as a sign of MINILS' growing status as a premier centre for workers' education.

The management of the Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies (MINILS), Ilorin in Kwara State has refuted claims made by the former Director-General of the Institute, Mr Issa Aremu, that the Presidency has reappointed him for a second term.
