PETER 0BI ARRESTED AND DEPORTED AKWA IBOMITES FROM ANAMBRA

Lagos is a cosmopolitan city. It's the most populated city on Africa, seconded by Cairo _ the capital of Egypt. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu had never chased away people when he was the Governor of Lagos State. He accommodated people of all ethnic groups and tribes in Nigeria and even foreigners from Togo, Benin, Ghana, Lebanon, India, Philippine and so on.

On the contrary, between late July and early August, 2013, Peter Obi arrested and deported not less than 102 Akwa Ibomites and others from Cross River State and Ebonyi. They were arrested in Awka and Onitsha his ( Obi's) home town and taken back to their different States.

Peter Obi ordered the ejection of these Nigerians from his state labelling them 'beggars,' ' street urchins' and 'destitutes'.
The then commissioner for women affairs and Social Development in the state, Dr. Ego Cordelia Uzoezie and Sir Chris Ekanem, the then President General of Akwa Ibom Central Union, Anambra, disclosed the matter to the Press. Also, the victims testified to this. The story was published by "Premium Times" on August 4, 2013.

Question: Is it wise to entrust the whole of Nigeria to a person like Peter Obi?
