TRANSITION PROCESS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY
All glory and adoration belongs to God Almighty, Juggernaut of encomium to all the esteem leaders, stakeholders, FIKSUittes and it's community at large.
There’s a popular adage that says, “The end of one era marks the beginning of another"
In line with our commitment to democratic principles, transparency and inclusiveness and as said in our previous memo dated on the 31st of December, 2025 that we have gathered the interest of expression and Evaluation will be done and Transition of power will take place.
Yesterday, 3rd of January 2026, the Caretaker Committee held a meeting with individuals who expressed interest in serving through our prestigious Union. During this meeting, all standing committees were officially dissolved, including the Constitution Review Committee, the Student Representative Council (SRC), and the Caretaker Committee itself.
After thorough evaluation and screening, the transition process was completed. Following this, the new executives of the Federation of Ikirun Students’ Union National Headquarters for the year 2026 were officially sworn-in where we have:

I use this medium to say a very big thank you to the entire Navigator Team. We are not failures, we are capable beyond measure, and our strength cannot be measured. We are not an accident of struggle, we are part and parcel of the struggle so far and posterity will judge us accordingly.
I also extend my heartfelt congratulations to the new executive, I wish you all nothing but an itch free tenure.
I would be ungrateful if I failed to appreciate all the leaders, stakeholders, and chapters who supported us financially, morally, spiritually, and with wise counsel throughout our 343 days as the Caretaker Committee. I sincerely use this medium to thank you all, and I pray that the Almighty God rewards you abundantly.
