BY HONOURABLE TAIWO ADEYEKUN AGBA, CHAIRMAN-ELECT, ORIADE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, OSUN STATE

I extend my profound gratitude to the good people of Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State for their unwavering support and trust in me by electing me as the Executive Chairman in the just concluded Osun State Local Government elections.

Your overwhelming turnout and resounding endorsement at the polls reflect your deep commitment to democracy and the collective vision of a better Oriade. I am truly humbled by this mandate, and I assure you that I will serve with utmost dedication, integrity, and purpose.

This victory belongs to every resident of Oriade Local Government—men, women, youths, and elders—who braved the odds to exercise their democratic rights. Your votes have further strengthened the foundation of good governance in our local government, and I am determined to justify the confidence reposed in me.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the leadership of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),under the able leadership of our Chairman ,Elder Sunday Bisi,for their unwavering support throughout this journey. My profound gratitude goes to our esteemed Governor, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, whose visionary leadership and developmental strides in Osun State have been a beacon of inspiration. His commitment to grassroots development has laid the groundwork for local governments to thrive, and I am eager to complement his efforts in Oriade.

My tenure as Chairman will be defined by a renewed focus on people-oriented policies and infrastructural transformation that will uplift our communities. We will prioritize the rehabilitation and expansion of roads, improved healthcare services, quality education, agricultural support, and the empowerment of our youths and women through sustainable economic initiatives. The well-being of the people will always be at the core of our administration, and I will ensure that government works effectively for all.

I also seize this opportunity to extend an olive branch to my co-contestants in this election. Democracy is a contest of ideas, and in every electoral process, there are divergent opinions.

However, now that the election is over, I call on all stakeholders, including my fellow contestants, to join hands with me in the task of building a stronger and more prosperous Oriade Local Government. There is no victor, no vanquished—our shared goal is the development of our people, and I welcome all hands on deck in this noble mission.

Once again, I sincerely appreciate the unwavering support of our party faithful, leaders, and stakeholders. Your sacrifices, commitment, and belief in the ideals of democracy have brought us this far.

I pledge to govern with fairness, transparency, and accountability, ensuring that Oriade Local Government witnesses unprecedented growth and progress. Welcome to a new dawn.

𝗛𝗢𝗡. 𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗬𝗘𝗞𝗨𝗡 𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗪𝗢 𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗢 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘.

Hon. Taiwo Adeyekun, the Chairman of Oriade Local Government Council ,Osun State, celebrated his birthday with the children of 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗢𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲).

The celebrant whose birthday coincides with the June 12- our National Democracy Day,began his celebration with a visit to the Home. This availed him a prayer session with the children.

This act of kindness reflects his consistent commitment to spreading love and joy, even on special occasions. The children of the orphanage prayed for him and wished him well on his journey through life.

We asked Hon Adeyekun why he chose this in lieu of throwing huge party.

Hon. Taiwo Adeyekun, the Chairman of Oriade Local Government Council, explained that he chose to celebrate his birthday with the 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 instead of throwing a grand party.

He believes that life becomes more meaningful when one reflects on the daily struggles of the homeless, helpless, and vulnerable.

By sharing his birthday with these individuals, he aimed to spread love and kindness, making his celebration more impactful and fulfilling.

He was there during the Yuletide,the little kid he was carrying in the picture was just few days old then. He promised to always support her upkeep every month with the sum of ten thousand naira.

This his initiative reflects his commitment to improving the lives of people around him.

He gave to them befitting items of daily use and provisions to share in his joy.

Thereafter,he gave them the sum of One Hundred Thousand Naira ( #100,000) and a brand new granding machine to stop their going outside to grand their items.

It is our prayer that God continually be with him ,order his steps and grant him abundance of health in prosperity.

The joy as shown in the faces of the children are not quantifiable. We can only pray God reward his own scions and grant him long useful life.

We wish him very many glorious returns of the day.

𝟭𝙨𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

With the deepest love from the depth of my heart, I wish to welcome you to the third month of the year 2024. It is a thing of testimony and adoration to God for bringing us this far in the new year.

Just as the name of the new month is March, may we continue to march forward in our different walks of life in Jesus' name. Amen.

It is important to recognize that the previous months have not been so palatable. The increasing economic hardship caused by the unstable economy has dealt a huge blow on many of us. Yet you have remained positively strong in heart, trusting that things will change for good. In short, you deserve all the accolades you can get because you are warriors.

I wish to use this medium to remind you all that this Month is very significant as Christians are observing the lent period while Our Muslim brethren shall commence the Ramadan in the next couple of days; let us use this opportunity to seek God in prayer on behalf of Our Local Government, State and the Country at large.

I equally wish to thank you for your unflinching support to our People's Governor, 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗸𝗲.

Without your support, the successes recorded so far might not have seen the light of the day. To this end, I plead for more of your support for him to continue to sail the ship of our dear state to a liveable and prosperous destination.

It was a great moment of reunion yesterday at the Council's Secretariat, Ijebu-jesa.The 12th day of September,2023 will remain a watershed in the a**l of the Council as the 1999-2002 Council Cabinet of Oriade Local Government led by the 𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻,𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗷𝗼 paid 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 and his 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲,𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗚𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗶,a Courtesy visit in his office. In his entourage,were 𝗛𝗼𝗻.𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗲, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗚𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗔𝗷𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗹𝗲,𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮 𝗢𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲,𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗾,𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶,𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗴𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗲.

This is a solidarity visit to one of their erstwhile cabinet members with a view to encouraging and pledging their support towards a successful administration of the Local Government to the glory of God while fostering development and progress in the entire Oriade community.

During the visit, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯 𝗢𝗷𝗼 and his team expressed their appreciation for the contributions of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 during his tenure as a versatile member of his council administration. They commended his 𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚, which had a positive impact on the local government and its residents then.

The purpose of this solidarity visit under the able Leadership of 𝗛𝗼𝗻.𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯 𝗢𝗷𝗼 was to strengthen the bond between the current council administration and the former cabinet members, as well as to lend him hindsight and support. 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯 𝗢𝗷𝗼 and his team posited that the experience and knowledge of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 would be valuable in achieving noble goals for the administration. They reaffirmed their confidence in his integrity,capability and sense of transparency.

They assured 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 of their commitment to working collaboratively towards the development of 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 of greater admiration.

This visit also serves as an opportunity to pledge our support in terms of experience, historical perspectives, and cooperation. Hon. Caleb reassured the gathering.

𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 emphasized that the success of the administration would be to the glory of God, underscoring the importance of ethical and transparent governance.

He reiterated the determination of his administration to fulfill their mandate for the betterment of the Oriade community in lines with the uncommon governance and administration of His Excellency,Sen. Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke, ensuring that the needs and aspirations of the people are met.

𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 also,expressed his gratitude for the visit, appreciating the gestures of solidarity and support. He commended 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯 𝗢𝗷𝗼-𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, that gave him the first and needed training and skills in Local Government Administration.

He indeed,thanked them for their initiative in reaching out and affirmed his readiness to contribute his wealth of experience and knowledge towards development of the Locality.

The visit was concluded with a renewed sense of unity, as both erstwhile council administration and 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻-𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 expressed their commitment to working together for the advancement of the Oriade Local Government.

With a shared vision and collaborative efforts, they aim to create a prosperous and inclusive community, ultimately bringing honour and glory to God and progress to mankind.

The delegation of 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 paid courtesy visit to the 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹'𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁,𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗷𝗲𝗯𝘂-𝗷𝗲𝘀𝗮.

The objective of the visit the Representatives of the Congress said,was to create a 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 the new Chairman,discuss crucial agricultural matters, and promote collaboration for the betterment of the local farming community in Oriade.

Among the Representatives of the visiting Farmers' Associations were the following: Chief Mrs Ogunsanya:State Women's Leader -AFAN. Mr.Adegoke Najim-CHAIRMAN: AFAN, ORIADE. Mr. Ola Akindele- Organising Secretary:AFAN ORIADE.

Also,Mrs. Ojo Deborah: Treasurer-AFAN and Mr. Folorunso Eiyebiokin, were also in the delegation. During the courtesy visit, the representatives of the Oriade Farmers, expressed gratitude at the Chairman's open-door style and interest in advancing the agriculture sector in Oriade.

They highlighted the challenges faced by local farmers in terms of limited access to finance, high-yield seeds,seedlings, technology, and training, which had been hindering their productivity and profitability.The representatives also shared the vision of the 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗯𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗯𝗲 towards the Council's initiatives aimed at addressing these challenges.

The delegation highlighted the need for accessible and affordable credit facilities to enable them to invest in agricultural inputs, machinery, and infrastructure.

The representative of the Farmers,𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗴𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮,who is the 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 -𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗡, also expressed their eagerness to collaborate with the Council and other relevant stakeholders to develop and implement programmes that will promote sustainable agricultural practices, increase productivity, and improve market linkages for local farmers.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻,𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 was happy to receive the delegation in his office today. He was quick at telling them that he belongs to the sector as well and that he really shares in their dreams and challenges as 𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗿𝗲.

So,he allayed their fear and expressed his readiness to address every of their challenges with empathy as soon as the Administration begins its massive agricultural initiatives in lines with 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗻. 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗸𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗱 massive agricultural sector revamping.

Challenges faced by local farmers shall be alleviated while the Local Government is poised at keying into the State and Federal Governments Agricultural initiatives for improved access to finance, technology, and training to enhance agricultural productivity and efficiency within Oriade,𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

The courtesy visit of the Oriade Farmers to the Chairman was a pivotal step at fostering collaboration and addressing the challenges faced by local farmers in Oriade. The Chairman expressed support for the initiatives and assured them of the government's commitment to improving the agricultural sector in the Oriade Local Government Area.

The visit, he said, will pave way for future partnerships in promoting sustainable farming practices and enhancing the economic well-being of farmers in Oriade.

In the meantime, The Chairman received again the delegation of 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗸𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 in his office. The youth came to officially congratulate the Chairman and welcome him to the office.They pledged their alloyed supports and intentional roles towards the success of his administration.

The courtesy visit of the 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗗𝗣 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁h, from the hometown of the Chairman,is the second from his kinsfolks upon his assumption of office.

𝗛𝗢𝗡. 𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗬𝗘𝗞𝗨𝗡 𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗪𝗢 : 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟, 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆,𝟮𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 opened a new vista in the annal of Oriade Local Government Council at Ijebu-jesa. Early in the morning, we started off with 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, led by, the highly revered Man of God: 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗘.𝗢.𝗔 𝗔𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮 who expressed the purpose of gathering together and emphasizing the importance of committing this adminstration unto God's hands before anything else.

Prayers for unity,guidance, wisdom, and strength for the council members and staff were made among several spirit-led supplications.

After the prayer session, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗸𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗼 offered his closing remarks expressing gratitude to everyone who participated and encouraged them to imbibe spirits of collaboration and harmony within the Council so as to attain the overall goal of developing our locality.

At the 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹'𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁,Staff and members of the Executive went into a meeting after the prayer session to have a roadmap towards inclusiveness.

The maiden meeting afforded the Chairman a rare opportunity to meet the 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹'𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳. He opened the meeting by expressing his gratitude for everyone's participation in the prayer session and acknowledging the importance of their contributions to the overall objective of the Council.

Introductions of staff members were led by various departmental heads. Members of the Executive were also introduced to the Staff. This is to help foster a sense of connection and familiarity.

The Chairman used the occasion to share his vision for 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 and clarify the goals of the administration. He emphasized the importance of 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

He further encouraged the staff members to express their ideas,concerns and feedback without hesitation at every necessary moment,in order to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

This he said will help focus the team's efforts and ensure that everyone is carried along.He encouraged them to imbibe culture of accountability, respect and continuous improvement.

He said,that he will appreciate regular meetings like this so as to provide updates,address challenges and receive progress reports on various projects.

The floor was opened for questions and discussions;Staff members were allowed to ask questions,seek clarifications and engage in discussions.

The meeting ended on a positive note,while the Chairman expressed his confidence in the team's capabilities and expected individual contributions.

He reiterated the commitment of the Council to their success as well as the council's success.

This first meeting set the tone of the leadership style and expectations-inclusive and supportive collaboration and in shared goals.

In the meantime, the Chairman and his executive members were led across all the departments by 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻, the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻(𝗛𝗟𝗔) 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 for on-ground inspection.This is to get him acclimatized to the new office.

After this session,he resumed at his desk to begin the crucial assignment in earnest.

The Chairman received the delegations of 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗗𝗔) led by the their 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻: 𝗔𝗹𝗵. 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘆𝘂 𝗢𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗶 and the 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗮-𝗶𝗻-𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 , also led by 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗔𝗷𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗜𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗶 : The 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗷𝗼𝘄𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗻-𝗢𝗸𝗲 respectively.

The courtesy visit of the Erin Oke people,from the hometown of the Chairman,came again with another round of prayers and exhortation.The delegation encouraged him to make fear of God his anchor. He was massively prayed for as they asked God to continually guide him and his team.

Another delegation,the party Leaders and faithfuls from Ijebu-jesa paid the Chairman,a visit,the first of its kind,to welcome him to the office.They were led by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧&𝗞,𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗿𝘂 𝗢𝗺𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮 among others.

The visit afforded the party Leaders an avenue to rob minds with the Chairman. They pledged their unalloyed support for the Administration in furtherance of the enviable agenda of the party being championed by 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 ,𝗦𝗲𝗻. 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗸𝗲.

The atmosphere at the Local Government Secretariat was that of conviviality and ecstasy!

Following the conduct of elections into offices of the Association and ratification by the party Leadership today,𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.

𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝘄𝗼𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗮 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗻 emerged as the ALGON's Chairman.
