THE ATMOSPHERE IS CHANGING: AKOKO EDO AWAITS THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE, DR. THOMAS ATTAH
The atmosphere is changing in Akoko Edo Federal Constituency. From the rocky hills of Ososo to the plains of Igarra, from the ancient towns of the Uneme Nation to the far villages of Ward 9, there is a new feeling of hope blowing across the land. Markets are buzzing, youths are mobilizing, women are singing and elders are nodding in agreement. The reason is not far-fetched — the people of Akoko Edo are awaiting the arrival of the man they want to vote for, the people's choice, Dr. Thomas Attah.
For years, Akoko Edo, despite being the oldest and largest Local Government in Edo State, has been left behind. Our federal roads are impassable, our schools are dilapidated, our youths roam the streets without jobs, and our voice in Abuja has been too quiet. The people have become wiser. They no longer want representation by sentiment or by clan, they want representation by capacity and compassion. In Dr. Thomas Attah, they have seen that leader — a man who is not seeking office to enrich himself, but to rescue his people from neglect.
Dr. Thomas Attah is coming with a clear mandate: *Operation Recue — Operation Rescue Akoko Edo*. It is a mandate to rescue Akoko Edo from poor representation, to rescue our youths from unemployment, to rescue our women from neglect, to rescue our communities from underdevelopment. It is a mission to bring Akoko Edo back to the federal map where we belong. He comes with exposure, experience, and the network to attract federal projects, federal jobs, empowerment, and real infrastructural development to every ward.
The acceptance is overwhelming because his message resonates with everyone. In Uneme-Nekhua, Uneme-Erhurun and Uneme-Ekeke, they say he is the bridge they have waited for. In Ojah, Dangbala, Ojirami, Ekpe, Bekuma and Imoga — the heart of Ward 9 — they are clearing the road for him. In Ososo, Enwan, Igarra, Atte, Ikpeshi, and Egbigere, the chant is the same: we know whom we want to vote for. Akoko Edo has decided to stand behind a man of character, competence and credibility.
In a few weeks, the people's choice will be in town, and Akoko Edo will speak with one voice at the ballot. Operation Recue is not just a slogan, it is a contract with the people — to restore our pride, reclaim our rightful place, and rebuild our land. The atmosphere has changed, hope has returned, and the mandate is clear. Akoko Edo Federal Constituency wants Dr. Thomas Attah
