1. A very good husband to his wife or wives as his tradition or religion demands
2. A good father to his children
3. A role model to his family and his community
4. A person of influence in his place of work and in the society
5. With prove, must be a hard working man
6. Eloquent in any language of his choice
7. Must be a good communicator or either in writing or words, in any language of his choice
8. Must possess quality of good leader that can be attested to by people around him
