Meet one of our celebrated authors this quarter....
Oluwafemi Abosede Okunlola has served Africa as a trainer, school teacher, broadcaster, columnist, and business woman. She was called into full time ministry 23 years ago. Since then she has served the Body of Christ as a trainer, pastor, evangelist, theological educator, writer, researcher, intercessor, writer among many other services. She has authored over 50 published books many of which are used in Theological institutions as textbooks while others cover various issues targeting various audiences including men, women, youth and children. She is married to Rev. Barrister Victor Oladimeji Okunlola and the marriage is blessed with many children.
Her anointing for teaching and writing began to manifest 20 years ago when she was called into the services of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, July 1, 1995, to serve on the Faculty of the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary Ogbomoso. Since then, she has served in several major ministry areas of the church life. Her serves to the Nigerian Baptist Convention culminated into her appointment as the Director of Publications for the Convention 2010-2015.
She is currently focusing on developing Bible-centred training curriculum, books, devotionals and prayer resources for use in homes, schools and churches. These will serve as innovative end-time weapons for the awaited great revival.
She also serves the Continent of Africa as a trainer in Ministry of Writing. She goes around Africa, training Christian writers to provide biblical literature to meet the needs of the church. She also runs a publishing and training ministry: Cross of Christ Communication, a ministry devoted to communicating the truths of the Cross of Christ to the nations.
